I had a hip replacement yesterday at Rothman institute. from the time I walked in Rothman till the time I was checked out. I had excellent care the staff was incredible. Very patient caring, went over every detail with me over my after care. Keeping my posted of all details as I went along. I cannot say enough about the staff. Thank you so much

I am so happy with my care experience at Rothman. My nurse practitioner, Robert, made me feel at ease immediately by really listening and carefully explaining everything about my condition and treatment. The staff was efficient and caring. The whole experience worked like a well oiled machine. The education and organization was excellent. My last shout out goes to my doctor and surgeon, Dr. William Hozack. I feel blessed to have wound up under his care. His expertise landed me a successful hip replacement surgery with renewed mobility and a hopeful future.

I’ve had a great experience with Bob treating my knee. He’s very personable and immediately puts you at ease, which makes a big difference during appointments. He takes the time to explain things and answer questions, and even the injections were quick and almost painless—I barely felt the needles. I would definitely recommend him to others.

I had a full knee replacement 6 weeks ago…. Recovery is rough but I can’t say enough about Dr. Hozak and his team!! Everything from the first appointment to my 6 week follow up went smooth! Bob DeLucas is amazing and makes you feel comfortable and I never felt rushed through my appointments! He’s very informative and compassionate. Any questions or concerns I had after surgery, Joshua called me back within 20 minutes every time!

I had a frustrating experience with this practice. The website is incredibly outdated and non-functional, making it nearly impossible to schedule an appointment online. Furthermore, the clinical visit lacked substance. The doctor spent the time talking rather than offering actionable medical advice or treatment. While she recommended that I see a therapist, she failed to provide any specific options, referrals, or documentation to bring to a specialist. I do not recommend this office.

Excellent practice! Had outpatient rotator cuff surgery and the whole team was amazing - from pre-op to post-op. I’m blown away by how they were able to make the repair with tiny incisions and I felt no significant pain whatsoever. The nerve blocker is a godsend and lasted for about 3 days, after which there was minimal discomfort as long as I kept my arm in the sling. Highly recommend.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire Rothman team in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, as well as the operating room staff of the complex. What an extraordinary group of professionals. From the security guards to the nurses, from the registration department to the recovery room, every single person contributed to an experience that was truly exceptional. In a time when hospitality is often forgotten—and when we rarely stop to think about how the word hospital is rooted in hospitality—this team reminded me of what genuine care looks like. Miss Lisa, Ricky, and Allison deserve special recognition for their respect, compassion, and professionalism. They set a standard that many colleagues in other offices, whether in New Jersey or New York, could learn from. Their level of service makes a world of difference to patients. Brian is a wonderful practitioner.He took his time, explained everything thoroughly and clearly he answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. I truly appreciate everything, he has done to make me feel comfortable following my hip replacement surgery.
