Savanna did an amazing job. Her therapy session included details of what she was doing and why she was doing it. She gave a full consult afterwards to explain the next steps and how many sessions she suggested we have before seeing the doctor for an update. I’ve gone to Premier several times for various family members, annd always had a great experience.

If I was just rating the MRI techs this would be a 5 star review. Howbwer it is impossible to get ahold of anyone at this location the schedule and appointment. So I tried doing so in person. The receptionist I dealt with today and rude and lazy. Would not recommend. On a positive note the MRI techs were polite and professional. They kept me inform of the whole process and got me in and out quickly.

I highly recommend Jennifer as a hand therapist. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and excellent at what she does. From the moment you meet her, she makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She is friendly, caring, and always takes the time to explain things clearly. The sessions are enjoyable, and time seems to fly by because of her positive attitude and engaging personality. Her expertise and dedication have made a real difference in my recovery. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone and everyone looking for an outstanding hand therapist.

First off All, I was seen @ the Havertown Office,(Premier Orthopedic MRI) and I Was Sooo Nervous! My anxiety was on a Whole Other Level, BC MRI's aren't My Most "Favorite" thing to do with My Time! However, this Staff was Super Sweet, Friendly, & the Radiologists were The BEST‼️🤗🥰 I don't know the woman's name who brought me back, but she was so attentive & kind to me, & the other Radiologist, Kraig, was an Absolute Doll!😉 Both of them were Very Patient with Me, BC they could See How Anxious I was, but they calmed me down, & helped alleviate some of the stress & anxiety I Had before this MRI! I Appreciate a Staff that Is Friendly & Sympathetic to people's needs🙏🙏 I Actually Wish I Could've gotten ALL of My MRI's Done at this office, it would've been such a Better Experience 🥰😉🫶🏽 The TWO Radiologists Here, are Two of the Sweetest People Ever, I Am So Happy I got to Meet them today!

Savannah Hake is an excellent physical therapist. She is kind, caring and attentive. Thanks to her knowledge and expertise, I am finally seeing significant improvement in my strength and mobility of my shoulder. I highly recommend Savannah.

Got my appointment in 1 week! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist with my name, no waiting and then the technician welcomed me immediately back for my MRI. Very pleasant and accommodating even giving me a blanket to keep warm during the procedure. Highly recommend them!

The process and procedure was easy. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable even when I walked into the MRI room feeling uncomfortable and anxious. The instructions were simple, clear and straightforward.

Truly an excellent experience. She designed a great program for my knee replacement. 12 visits and I’m ready for almost anything. Thanks to Lauren, Colleen and Alia too.
