Mary Beth was my PT and she did a great job presenting helpful exercises and guiding my progress. She was upbeat and friendly as well as knowledgeable. She answered questions clearly and in an encouraging manner. I appreciated my time with her. The gym would benefit from a bit more space.

I watch the woman at the front desk handle a difficult patient with patience and kindness. She also went and got a supervisor who also helped finish out the registration. I thought the woman at the front desk handled a very very busy office all by herself with efficiency and kindness and a happy nature.

My first appointment with Dr Levenberg. The DR was GREAT in explaining what needs to be done moving forward. I really felt VERY COMFORTABLE with him. The STAFF was OUTSTANDING! No unusual waiting at all.

I had a very positive visit. He quickly diagnosed what was causing my ankle issue and gave me some advice on how to treat. I was lucky in that I was in & out quickly and got my answer. The nurses I spoke to were also excellent!!

The waiting time was minimal, the staff was very professional and to the point. Dr Levenberg looked my disk over, presented the different deficits he saw from my complaints. He pointed out where and why the pains were occurring. So it’s off to therapy to try and elevate the pains. Thanks team!

Gabby was excellent. She corrected my exercises when needed and did a fabulous stretch at the end. She was well informed and supportive. I wish she was there more days than one.

I did not care for the staff or the service that I received I waited about 40 minutes and I was taking back to a room to wait a bit longer and then see a doctor for 5 minutes of whom which gave me a headache literally pressing on my head to do whatever examination he was trying to do. I already told this fool that I had a headache. Needless to say I will not be going back.

Cindy is wonderful! She thinks about my strengths and weaknesses and changes up the PT session to best suit me. She’s also a really great, friendly person!
