The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable and at ease as a new patient. I had such a great experience that I scheduled my next appointment before I even left. I highly recommend this practice! There was a bit of a wait for my first appointment, but if you can, its definitely worth it.

Great overall experience. Front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Dr. Christy Rainey is thorough, friendly and open to answering any questions/addressing concerns. I will continue using RFSA for future services.

Really like RFSA practice. I have seen both Drs Rainey and am very impressed. I generally see Dr. Christy for routine skin cancer checks. She is prompt, thorough and kind. I never feel like she is rushing to get to next patient.

I just had my first visit for an area of skin that's been bothering me. The staff were nice and efficient. Nurse shauna (sp?) was thorough about what she suspected it was and sent off a slice of the area to the labs for analysis. I didn't feel rushed at all and felt comfortable when I had any questions for nurse Shauna and Maddie.

Dr. Rainey is always on point. She listens and addresses your concerns. That is why, I have recommended my sister and Brother in law to come see her. The front desk and staff are excellent.

Dr Finklea is a true top notch doctor and could not be more amazing if she tried. Going and getting skin checks isn't the most fun thing to do for anyone, but they are so important and she makes the entire thing easy, comfortable and explains everything in detail as she goes. She is compassionate, never rushes you, answers all questions, has extremely kind nurses and staff and is always proactive in her treatments and recommendations. She also sees my elderly parents and my kids and is just a gem across all age groups. Can't recommend her enough.

My experience with RFSA was wonderful. When I needed to change my existing appointment to something sooner I was helped happily and at my appointment the whole staff was friendly and helpful. Shauna was so kind, personable, and knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She made me feel so welcomed, heard, and very well cared for. So thankful for Shauna and my experience with RFSA!

5 stars! I was looking for a dermatologist Last minute and they were able to see me same day. Dr. Finklea Was very nice and knew exactly what treatment i needed!! And very affordable consultation Price since I didn't have insurance. Definitely returning back for all my future visits!!
