Selena provided exceptional service. Not only is she friendly, she genuinely cares about your eyes and helped me make sure I got the most out of my insurance benefit. She very knowledgeable, explained the exam machines, what they're for, and what to expect and no one has done that before. They just tell me what to do with no explanation. She went above and beyond. You can tell that she loves her job. The doctor was great too. I will always recommend rcp eyecare and will bring the rest of my family here.
I had a very positive experience with my eye doctor. The doctor was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt very comfortable and well cared for during my visit. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. I truly appreciate the excellent care and service I received.
Great place to come for an eye exam. Ladies up front very good customer service took care of me right away with my appointment. Eye Doctor was super nice and helpful. Felt a warm welcome. My eye exam went very well. Will continue coming for my exam.
Great experience. Staff was all very helpful and professional. Gave complete explanation of all services, and any which had extra charges. Doctor provided an excellent exam experience, with complete explanation of eye test results, and what medical issues to follow up with my primary care physician. One of the best optometrists I have ever had. Highly recommended.
This office was absolutely wonderful! The whole staff and Dr. were phenomenal. My 6 year old daughter did great and said an eye exam was actually pretty fun! Thank you for the great family like atmosphere and making the experience amazing for my daughter with all the patience and kindness!
Had my first visit and was pleasantly surprised. After reading some of the reviews I was a bit skeptical but my visit was great! Mykela Everts was amazing! She covered all the basis and educated me on my scans. The front desk team was quick, efficient and polite. When I headed next door to choose my frames the ladies there were just as nice and knowledgeable and they have the beat selection of frames. My entire visit was less than an hour, so I was pleased!
The doctor was decent, but unfortunately the front desk made the overall experience unpleasant. They completed almost every task they needed to, but customer service and basic courtesy seemed to be missing.
After my appointment, I realized I had forgotten to write down my IOP score. When I called to ask for it, I was abruptly told it was on the paperwork I had received. It was not.
Every interaction with the front desk felt like talking to that one relative who makes you feel like you've interrupted their entire day. The job got done, with a lesson on paperwork they should be familiar with, but friendliness clearly wasn't part of the package.
Because of the repeated rude interactions with the front desk, I would not recommend this office.
There are plenty of places that can provide good eye care without making patients feel like they're an inconvenience.
When I first scheduled my appointment, I didn’t have my insurance number. The receptionist/technician, Vanessa, went above and beyond to track it down in the system—it took some extra time and digging, but she handled it with patience and a pleasant attitude.
On the day of my appointment, I was promptly greeted by the staff, and my eye exam with Dr. Jessica Jackson was thorough. She was friendly, welcoming, and made the entire experience comfortable and easy. Highly recommend!
