Today 2/16/2026 I had my follow up with Morgan and as like before I believe her to be the most professional dermatologist I have ever met. She suggested a biopsy which I approved and before I knew it the procedure was over, and I didn't feel a thing. My biopsy was done in a sensitive spot and Morgan did the procedure with the utmost gentle care and I experienced no anxiety at all. Coming back for my follow up end of March and looking forward to my next visit. Thank You All!!!

This was my first time attending this clinic. I'm very greatful for my experence. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. All of my concerns were addressed. I appreciated that. I highly recommend this clinic. Dr. Christopher Little is a wonderful doctor.

The office staff were very friendly (Jordan and Mariana are great assistants!) and Morgan Nixon, PA was amazing. I was very nervous before and during my exam but she kept things very quick, smooth and comfortable for me. This was my first visit so I didn’t know what to expect but I really appreciated that she listened to my concerns and didn't try to push me into any unnecessary procedures or products. The wait time was minimal and the office was clean and quiet.

Morgan Nixon, PA-C . Very personable, knowledgeable, showed empathy and treated me with respect when I was at my most vulnerable. Hair loss weighs in on you both physically and emotionally. I’m glad to find someone that helped a very uncomfortable situation feel a bit better. I look forward to this journey and optimistic about reasonable goals. See you in 6 weeks. T.W

Terrible experience had my appointment for about 4 weeks took off work. When I called to schedule I provided my insurance information when I went to my appointment I was told the dr that was there did not take my insurance. Why would I be scheduled with a provider that does not take my insurance and why was I not called ahead of time. I was then told they have a dr who takes me insurance but he was not there that day if I wanted to reschedule. Very frustrating that I was Not told this information prior to my appointment no apologies at all just asked if I wanted to reschedule. Terrible experience also asked for a manager to call me never received a call from the manager. But I did receive a call asking if I I wanted to reschedule since I canceled my appointment I did not cancel I was unable to be see due to office schedule error disappointed.

The medical assistant was friendly and asked if it was OK for him to stay in the visit since he was a male. I thought that was very nice. NP was on time, which I appreciate. She introduced herself and explained what she was doing and why throughout the exam. It was a great visit.

I do not usually write reviews for healthcare facilities as a healthcare staff myself, but this experience was so frustrating and disheartening that I feel compelled to share it so other patients can make informed decisions. From the very beginning, interacting with this office felt unnecessarily difficult. There were repeated issues just trying to get scheduled, despite having the referralthat was required ahead of time. Referral that had already been sent 5 days was not acknowledged, and instead of working collaboratively to resolve the issue, I was told to go back and contact my dauther's pediatrician. This created days of avoidable delay simply to secure an appointment. As a parent trying to coordinate care, it felt like I was doing the administrative work for the clinic rather than being supported by it. Even after the insurance and referral hurdles, the experience on the day of the appointment was the most disappointing part. We arrived only a few minutes late. The front desk staff immediately stated that we would have to reschedule because we did not call ahead. However, during that same conversation, we were told the provider was already running approximately 45 minutes behind schedule with two patients still ahead of us. In other words, even if we had arrived exactly on time, we would have been sitting in the waiting room for a significant period anyway. Instead of using common sense or showing flexibility, the focus became whether seeing us would “cut into lunch time.” The staff member walked to the back to supposedly ask the provider, but from where I was standing, I could clearly see her speaking with other staff members and laughing about the situation. She then returned to tell us we would need to reschedule. At that point, it no longer felt like we were patients, it felt like we were an inconvenience. Healthcare is unpredictable. Schedules run behind. Patients understand that. What matters is how a practice treats people when those situations arise. A patient-centered office would recognize that care is about people, not rigid technicalities, especially when the clinic itself is already delayed. A patient-centered office would communicate respectfully, attempt to find a solution, and value the time families take off work, arrange childcare, and plan their day around an appointment. Instead, this experience felt transactional, dismissive, and unnecessarily adversarial from start to finish. The systems in place, whether scheduling, communication, or front-desk decision-making, created barriers to accessing care rather than facilitating it. We ultimately chose not to be seen there and will be seeking care elsewhere. I sincerely hope this office reflects on how these interactions impact patients. Clinical expertise is only one part of healthcare. Compassion, professionalism, and respect for patients’ time are equally important, and unfortunately, those were not reflected in our experience.
