Highly recommend this medical spa for all treatments. I do my microneedling here with Isabel and recently tried Botox with the NP Daphne for the first time. My skin and face have never looked better.
I have tried other practitioners and haven’t had such a great result. The staff is professional, location is clean, and prices are reasonable for the quality of service and results. Come here you won’t regret it! Looking forward to coming back and trying more services 🌸💕
I have been coming here for 4 months now and as someone who has done facials in many places i can confidently say my experience here has been much better than past experiences. Its very pleasant coming here, the facials are very thorough. I came for a promo and bought a 12 month package for facials and microneedling.
I have been going to Isabel and am very happy with her. My face feels fresh, my wrinkles have improved, and her massage is amazing!! I brought my daughter here as well and she loves it! Thank you next level for taking such great care of me🥰
Amazing prices and staff! Everybody is very friendly and welcoming. Staff offers coffee and services are very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested!! Amazing skincare products as well
Had an amazing 1st time experience on 3/14/26. The front desk young lady was not only beautiful on the outside but in the inside. She was so professional, patient and kind. Her manager whom I spoke to on the phone was helpful and also professional. That is the reason I look forward to my next appointment on 4/11/26. I do hope I can continue going. If you get to pick ask for Kate. She was AMAZING. I hope I'm getting the name right 😉 ❤️ Amazing staff and place....
My experience was amazing, facial was very thorough. The packages they offer are amazing great prices for the treatments and they’re personalized. Staff is very kind, the estheticians, I was with Nelli she was very sweet and my advisor Ariella was super informative and friendly. Will definitely be back
My experience was truly outstanding. From the professional yet welcoming greeting to her gentle, calming touch, everything exceeded my expectations. Kate was incredibly patient and highly knowledgeable, which made the entire experience feel both comfortable and reassuring. I had a very disappointing experience at Next Level Aesthetics Spa.
I purchased a promotional facial that was advertised on instagram at $59 and included several treatments, such as deep pore cleansing, a mask, and red light therapy. By the time taxes and tip were added, the total was close to $100.
Unfortunately, the facial itself lasted less than 20 minutes and did not deliver the results I expected. My pores still felt clogged when I left, and I noticed little to no improvement in my skin. In fact, when I got home, I was able to extract blackheads and whiteheads myself that I expected would have been addressed during the treatment.
What was most frustrating was that the appointment felt less focused on providing a quality facial and more focused on selling a membership. At the end of the service, I was repeatedly encouraged to sign up for a monthly membership despite politely stating several times that I was not ready to make that commitment. I was shown highly priced treatments and told how much I could supposedly save through a membership plan.
I understand businesses need to market their services, but I left feeling pressured rather than cared for as a client. The promotional facial felt more like a sales pitch than a skincare treatment.
Based on my experience, I did not find the service worth the money and would not return. I wish I had saved my time and money elsewhere.
