The medical care is great. I really like Dr. Patel. But the chairs in the waiting room look absolutely disgusting. The chairs have stains all over them, and I could not bring myself to sit in them. I acknowledge that the chairs in the lobby are not representative of the quality medical care I receive. But as a first impression when you walk in…. For a dermatology office, my concern when I walk in should not be “am I going to contract something from sitting in your chairs.”. Again, I think the medical care is great, but if we are talking about the experience as a whole personally, I would swap the chairs out in the waiting room for something that you can wipe down and that does not stain. I fully acknowledge that maybe the chairs have already been steam cleaned… but the stains and that color fabric give bodily fluid vibes….
Dr. Rachel Thakore made me feel comfortable during my full body exam. She was very thorough, educated me about what to look out for going forward. The office staff was also excellent!
I arrived very late for the appt due to unforseen circumstances however the appt was very very important and when I got there I was told they would ask the Dr.. If we could still be seen. They did agree and I was grateful because we came a long way. The Dr was very nice and pleasant very informative and very helpful . I was very pleased with her and will continue to stay under care as long as necessary.
I am 100% satisfied. I had a terrible situation going on with my skin. And nobody knew what it was one Dr. Claimed it was bedbug bites, but Dr. Patel solved the problem. I am so happy. What's the result?I had a bad situation with my scalp, that's always peeling itchy bleeding She diagnosed what it was. She gave me this cream and I can't believe it when she showed me the picture before and after It cleared up like as if I never had that issue going on in my scalp. She's a excellent dermatologist. I will highly recommend her to any of my family or anyone else who's looking for a dermatologist. My skin's cleared up. I had all these blisters and bumps, and they're fading away like as if I never had anything wrong, what an excellent experience 👌
Dr. Patel was amazing with my 6 year old during a painful procedure. She was patient, kind, and made a difficult experience much easier for both my son and our family. Her calm demeanor, compassion, and expertise were evident every step of the way. We are so grateful for the excellent care she provided and would highly recommend her to other families.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Patel! I did my annual skin screening with her today and she has such a calming demeanor and made me feel at ease. She takes her time and thoroughly examined each spot. Her medical assistant, Hannah, was also very welcoming. Will definitely return next year!
I had a wonderful experience here, I highly recommend. The staff was nice and friendly and I was in and out without having to wait long at all. Alison Moy was my doctor with her assistant and they were very knowledgeable in letting me know everything that was going on and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone needing a dermatologist.
I have been here once before but had a new doctor today. Dr. Thakore had an amazing presence as well as the nurse / assistant. They both were very knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. Only dropping a star because I waited a little over 25 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. I don’t remember a long wait the other time I went so I am hoping it was a one-off occasion.
