Went in this morning to inquire about having something removed. I was met with kindness from checking in to checking out! Ada and Hailey were very nice and informative about everything that was going to happen. I felt comfortable the whole time ! Also received a goodie bag on my way out for my first visit. Thank y'all for everything ☺️☺️

I had a great experience with Dr. Tejas Desai and his staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Desai took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly answer my questions, and educate me about my skin issues. I appreciated that he focused not only on treatment, but also on prevention and overall skin health. He emphasized the importance of good skincare, regular exercise, and stress management as part of maintaining healthy skin. His staff was also excellent. Andrea was especially helpful, kind, and attentive throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr. Desai and his team to anyone looking for knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate dermatologic care.

All the ladies there are absolutely lovely! Best experience I’ve had with a dermatology place before. They all try their best in getting my skin clear and really try to make sure I’ve gotten the best care that I could receive. I came in with my skin being the worst it could have been and they’ve been able to get me mostly fully clear with the treatments they’ve given me, even still their main goal is to get me fully the best care I can get. Truly the best care I’ve received from any doctor before! Have and still recommend them for anyone in need of any dermatology treatment 💕

Love this place. All the staff were both friendly and helpful! Dr. Ada Agbor is both lovely and knowledgeable. Her assistant Courtney was so sweet. Very thankful they take my Medicare insurance. God bless to all there. 🙏

Had a great experience at Heights Dermatology. Dr. Loren was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. The staff was friendly, the office was clean, and the whole visit felt smooth and comfortable. Definitely recommend Dr. Loren and the team here!

Heights Dermatology is by far the worst medical office I’ve ever dealt with. My most recent experience was trying to get a simple prescription refill—I sent a message through their online portal on Sunday night, and by Tuesday morning, I still hadn’t heard back. I called and left a voicemail on Monday, then had to call again on Tuesday, only to be connected to their outsourced phone service. I was put on hold while they checked with the nurse, only to be told they still had to “talk to them” and nothing was sent over yet. This isn’t an isolated issue. Previously, I had a mole removed that they called “questionable.” I was told it had abnormal cells and was sent for testing. Not long after, I received a terrifying letter in the mail stating I had skin cancer—right before the Christmas holidays. At my follow-up, they said they needed to remove more tissue, but no one could give me a clear answer about what was going on. To this day, I still don’t know exactly what I had. When I went in to get my stitches removed, the nurse casually said, “Okay, we’re removing a mole?”—like they had no idea it had already been done. The level of disorganization is unbelievable. Communication is almost nonexistent. The front desk is practically unreachable. Billing is equally a nightmare—I was told I had a $250 credit, which later “vanished,” and then I was suddenly receiving letters and emails claiming I owed $50 for some other mysterious charge. This office is run with zero professionalism and constant miscommunication. I will never return and will warn anyone I can to avoid Heights Dermatology at all costs.

Dr. Desai and Team at Heights Dermatology are outstanding. Very pleasant experience overall. Everyone working had smiles on their faces and genuinely appeared to love their jobs. Patricia was great, she took excellent care of me from start to finish. Dr. Desai explained everything thoroughly and had my procedure done within minutes. I'll recommend these guys 100% 👍
