It was my first time coming here and it was the easiest, smoothest experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. Great website made it easy to upload my info. Check in took like 5 seconds and was called back not very long after that. Dr. Dunn was so friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable and very receptive of all the questions I had after she gave her diagnosis. Great system, great staff, great doctor. Highly recommend!

Dr. Carly Dunn has been an incredible dermatologist. From my very first appointment, she took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns and never made me feel rushed. She is patient, compassionate, and explains everything clearly, which has made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Dunn to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and trustworthy dermatologist. She is an outstanding provider, and I'm very grateful to have found her.

Elite Dermatology, Dr Dunn and her team were excellent. On the River Oaks, Upper Kirby border great convenient location. The check in was quick and easy. All done via tablet. Clean modern and friendly. I'll be going back, thanks, Elite, you were friendly and professional, most important, to me, you listened, bravo.

Upon entering the facility, I was greeted by a friendly employee with a warm smile and saw Dr. Dunn shortly afterward. The entire team was pleasant, and the facility was spotless and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, my procedure could not be performed in Dr. Dunn's office and required a surgeon. Dr. Dunn was extremely friendly, and I look forward to seeing her again for other services she offers. S. Wilson

Please avoid this practice if you can or until you have obtained all the essential support information related to your visit, along with the relevant procedures. It is crucial that you conduct a comprehensive review of the documentation provided to you. You must not solely depend on their explanation of what you are signing; I strongly encourage you to read it with care. I was informed that the documentation indicated I would be responsible for paying what my insurance does not cover, without realizing that the document pertained to a self-pay option that would not be submitted to my insurance. They will not notify you that your visit will not be submitted to insurance after the treatment. They will inform you that they have a signed document on file indicating your awareness. Instead, they will simply mention that it is not covered by your insurance, while still requesting your insurance information on file in case you need any additional procedures.

Dr. Wijay and staff are top notch! I found Dr. Wijay through Instagram. His videos are very informative which made me confident that that I chose the perfect doctor for my mommy make over. Every time I have a question - they are quick to respond! I had breast augmentation, tummy tuck, and lipo. After the procedures Dr. Wijay made sure that I had his personal cell phone number just in case I notice something unusual. I felt well taken care of. I’m on my 6 week post op and I’m in love my results. I highly recommend Dr. Wijay and his wonderful staff!

I loved working Dr. Andry for a breast augmentation. She was very open and provided her insights and expertise. Everything up to surgery, during, and after went great. I appreciate her and the team taking such good care of their patients. Results are amazing as well.

I came in strictly for a cosmetic consult, my intent was to learn more and then return after having time to think about what might make sense for me. I said exactly this at the outset but the practitioner I met with showed no interest in educating, learning my background, or providing customized advice - it was like I was wasting her time being there. She pushed a same day treatment and I ended up agreeing to something I wasn’t at all sure about. I fully acknowledge that it is on me for not just saying no and walking out, but the way this interaction unfolded was more in line with behavior I’d expect at a med spa; it was disorienting to find it at a professional dermatology office. The response I got to “I’m nervous and not sure about this” was a dismissive “you’re going to love it and become addicted.” I asked for examples of before/after photos and was told I didn’t need them because “she would have to really mess up for something to go wrong.” There was no moment of pause to make sure this made sense for me, no explanation of negative side effects (which I later had), and no real aftercare instructions. The treatment felt rushed and I was promptly ushered out the door the second she was done. I came to this location because of the reviews but now after the fact I see that there is at least one other negative review about the practitioner I saw (who I’m not naming as I feel like this experience is on the practice as a whole). That other review has very similar notes on behavior which makes me feel like this wasn’t a one-time occurrence and probably extends beyond those willing to leave public feedback. If you are already fully informed and enthusiastic about what you are looking to have done, maybe Elite Dermatology makes sense. For myself, I wish I had never gone in at all and I certainly won’t be going back. Advice to the business: if consults are viewed as a burden, charge for them. I’d much rather have paid for time and expertise than a treatment I regret and an altogether disappointing experience.
