Left from this location after 90 minutes of waiting to take a drug test. They only allow walk ins no appointments as injuries and physical therapy comes first. When asked a possible ETA, I was not given one and seemed to not care as if I don't have a schedule or life to attend to. Receptionist at the front is rude and has a nasty attitude just like she looks. Would not recommend coming to this location.

Typical doctors at this location that say, they don’t like to mess with anyones lively hood but are they same ones to fail your DOT physical because your BMI number is a bit over. Then that is when they start to “assume” that you have all other kind of health problems. Seems like they will do anything to get you to go do a sleep apnea test. I wouldn’t be surprised if they actually get money from this. One thing I have always hated about being a Class A driver. Having these doctors that like to play GOD on who will pass and who doesn’t.

When I arrived, the lady working in the front was kind of rude, and wasn’t pleasant at all, horrible customer service. There was another girl there, Hispanic girl that was really nice and I appreciate your help. the physical therapist that helped me with my physical activity, lifting, bending, etc. He was a young, Hispanic man. He was very nice and pleasant and good at his job.

Everything was great. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful.The nurse that waited on me was great. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Wait 2 hours for a drug test, the staff allowed people to get first that came in after I did, there didn’t seem to be a system to place for first come first served. I seen nurses going through the check in folders and randomly pulling one out to call people back. I have never had to wait so long for a simple drug test, this place is needs organized.

The people were nice enough but very inefficient. I was here for almost four hours for a pre employment physical that should’ve taken a little over an hour. I had to ask several times if they had forgotten about me. If you have the option, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else unless you want your time wasted. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I signed in at 12:34 pm, and didn't get called back until 2:50pm, they were standing behind front desk looking at us, the two ladies in front of me were there before me and they got called in the same time as I did. Either you need more staff or better staff

This was my second visit to Concentra. I really enjoyed a professional service. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I completely forgot to wait and collect my DOT ,but with just one phone call,that was promptly attended to, I had my DOT emailed to me. Thank you .
