Left from this location after 90 minutes of waiting to take a drug test. They only allow walk ins no appointments as injuries and physical therapy comes first. When asked a possible ETA, I was not given one and seemed to not care as if I don't have a schedule or life to attend to. Receptionist at the front is rude and has a nasty attitude just like she looks. Would not recommend coming to this location.

Typical doctors at this location that say, they don’t like to mess with anyones lively hood but are they same ones to fail your DOT physical because your BMI number is a bit over. Then that is when they start to “assume” that you have all other kind of health problems. Seems like they will do anything to get you to go do a sleep apnea test. I wouldn’t be surprised if they actually get money from this. One thing I have always hated about being a Class A driver. Having these doctors that like to play GOD on who will pass and who doesn’t.

The people were nice enough but very inefficient. I was here for almost four hours for a pre employment physical that should’ve taken a little over an hour. I had to ask several times if they had forgotten about me. If you have the option, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else unless you want your time wasted. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
