A bit of a wait beyond my scheduled appt. After that - great experience. Dr Shah very excellent explanation of problem and solutions. Becky - great tech. Marcella - great on schedule for future appts.

Greeted with a friendly smile. The techs were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The doctor was very professional and reviewed my results with me. Also, gave me tips if I was to order glasses online. Over all I had a very comfortable visit.

My experience with Chicago Arbor Eye Institute was great. From the time I walked in, to the time I checked out; with my eye appointment with the doctor! The company employees were well attentive and helpful and friendly! Thank you for being a great help to me on my visit, everyone!

The Orland Park office is fantastic. When you walk in the receptionists have on colorful T-shirts with an eyeball, How fun. All the technicians are quick and on point, you knew they knew what they were doing. The ophthalmologist I saw, Dr. Shaw, explained everything to me I needed to know. When he left, everything was explained again very clearly by his assistant. If I had A question, it was answered. If I asked the same question again, it was answered again very pleasantly. 😊 I highly recommend this office.

Had a great experience at Arbor eye. I I was taken in on time all the clinicians are very helpful and kind and the doctor was great. If I were to complain about one thing, I was just very cold in their offices, so be sure you bring in a jacket or sweater. Thank you for such prompt And friendlytreatment.

Doctor and staff are great. Just wish they didn’t regularly run late. I take afternoon appointments so I don’t lose a whole day at work and have a ride home (eyes dilated) so I end up waiting at least 45 minutes after my appointed time on a regular basis.

Apparently Dr L. is a great surgeon. That's what we were told by other physicians. Maybe. We'll never know. I think this practice is now corporate owned, and it shows. This doctor literally spent a few minutes with us and was never interested in answering our questions. It was obvious he was more set on getting to the next patient as fast as he could. The office is grungy and the staff are wearing t-shirts. We were just told to ask all our questions to the patient "navigator," a non-medical individual that essentially memorized the surgery script but has little knowledge regarding any medical questions. The surgeon LITERALLY got up and left in the middle of the of our meeting while we were talking. We found a different doc. He too just wanted to move on, but at least he (begrudgingly?) provided us the time. This place is more interested in volume (throughput) than the physician-patient relationship or actual patient care. If you want to see someone other than a patient "navigator" go somewhere else. This place is ONLY interested in running the factory and making money.

The staff were very kind and patient! They took their time to hear my concerns and didn’t make me feel they were rushed to finish the appointment. They were also very knowledgeable and helped explained each step they were doing to make the process easier. I highly recommend this place!
