I had an outstanding experience with LASIK Plus from start to finish. The entire office staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and they took the time to explain the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect.
The doctors were exceptional. Their knowledge, confidence, and attention to detail gave me complete peace of mind throughout the procedure. The surgery itself was quick and virtually painless, and the results have been life-changing.
I am incredibly grateful to the entire LASIK Plus team for their outstanding care and professionalism. If you're considering LASIK, I highly recommend this office. The staff and doctors truly go above and beyond to provide an amazing experience and exceptional results.
From start to finish nothing but high praise for Dr. Horn and his team at LASIK Plus. Kept pushing off the procedure until I found a long weekend that fit my schedule but truthfully felt almost 100% the next day post op. The staff here are super friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. I can’t thank them enough, my vision improved drastically and immediately, just in time for summer 😎
After many years of considering Lasik, I finally took the plunge and had the procedure yesterday. Was able to do a video consultation and then book for same day treatment the following week (pending clearance of an initial exam).
The video consultation was very thorough and informative, and after booking they were great with providing videos and other info to prepare for the procedure and to answer many FAQs.
On the day of everything went smoothly. Was approved and treated and our the door in 2 hours.
Treatment itself is a little weird, but not painful and the doctor and assistants were all great.
Got very clear aftercare directions that were easy to comply with. After the initial rest period there wasn't much irritation at all.
Just got back from my followup appointment confirming 20/20 vision and that all is healing well.
So glad I did this-- better late then never at 46.
I had a great experience getting my lasik surgery done here! The team is very skilled, professional, and compassionate. On the day of my operation, right after the initial machine, I ended up having a panic attack. The doctor and nurses were very patient and encouraging of me and I ended up being able to complete the surgery. They communicated recovery instructions very well and have made these past few days very easy. Shout-out to Dr. Horn, Crystal, and Kelly for being an incredible team!
I came in with a prescription of -6 and am blown away by how amazing my vision is now. Couldn't recommend them enough ❤️
From my initial consultation to the day of surgery and my follow-up appointment, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Horn made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure, explaining every step along the way so I always knew what to expect.
Mercedes and Jenn were also amazing on the day of surgery. They continuously checked on me, made sure I was comfortable, and thoroughly explained all of my aftercare instructions. At my follow-up appointment, the entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and willing to answer all of my questions.
The level of care, professionalism, and support I received exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend LasikPlus and Dr. Horn to anyone considering LASIK. I am already recommending them to friends and family—Dr. Horn and his team are truly the best!
I had an excellent experience with LASIKPlus from start to finish. The doctors provided personalized care, took the time to answer all of my questions, and Dr Horn even returned my personal phone call after surgery. They offered wonderful follow-up throughout the entire process. My surgery was a huge success, and I now have better than 20/20 vision.

Great experience with Dr Horn and the entire team. I recently had PRK surgery, and the results have been excellent. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommend for anyone considering vision correction surgery!
I had LASIK done 3 days ago and it was an overall great experience. The procedure was very quick and I had little to no pain afterwards. The entire team was amazing — Dr. Horn, Kelly, and Jen all took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and calm throughout the process. My vision has already improved so much, and I would definitely recommend it to others. The only downside was the long wait time on the day of the procedure, but aside from that, everything went very smoothly.
