Fixed my hip a decade ago and gave me some life back. Seem Dr P several times since. Excellent surgeons and providers. The scheduling and such is not as great since banner bought them but I'm not taking points off for being busy. I'm giving points for being amazing surgeons

I wish I could give no stars. My son goes to ASU and was referred by them for small fracture in his finger. They took his copay up front which was $35.00 - our normal copay for specialist visits. After he was done with everything they then proceeded to tell him he owes an additional $475.00 cash that can't be billed to our insurance and is something called a "fracture care package". I am sorry what??? NOPE. STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this place.

My low review is because, I was referred by a Banner Urgent care, to a Banner orthopedic, for a right ankle fracture, they told me to see an orthopedic doctor. I made an appointment a week out. I came in today, was called back before I even finished the paperwork, seen also before I finished, sat and finished the paperwork after the appointment ended. Sounds great, but no, I was charged around $257 for this visit that in total took less than 10 min.. seen by the PA in less than 5. They had my X-rays.. are you telling me they couldn’t have called to tell me, you really don’t need to follow up with us, your fracture is so small, you’ll be fine! I mean seriously.. the greed! There was no reason for me to see them, they knew it and still let me come in and charged me. Do better TOCA. Be better.

Dr Justin Roberts, his staff and surgical team are excellent, caring and knowledgeable. They spent time listening to me and providing the care I needed to heal from my foot fracture. I fractured the 5th metatarsal on my left foot in a freak backyard accident. That happened on a Saturday. The following Tuesday, I was able to have a consultation with TOCA at Banner Health and discussed my options with Dr. Justin Roberts. Normally this break would heal naturally yet, my break was more extensive. Surgery was required. I was so glad there was no delay and to have the surgery two days later. I was greeted with a warm, friendly, efficient and kind surgical staff at the Banner Surgery Center. The surgery was a success. It has taken about four months to fully heal (as expected). I followed the post surgery directives provided by Dr. Roberts and am so grateful for his skill and care for my health and well being. TOCA at Banner Health cares about their patients. I recommend them to anyone who needs their services and wants experienced and knowledgeable doctors and staff to care for their needs.
