Check-in was seamless. Time in the waiting room was under 5 minutes. The nurse asked for a quick history and pulled up the X-ray and MRI. Dr. Bruns asked what my issue was and then listened. He reviewed the X-ray and MRI with me stating he did not think surgery was necessary. He recommended a cartilage and collagen supplement and an arthritis cream. He said if the pain increased a prescription could be prescribed. While encouraging activity, he cautioned me about certain activities. Dr. Bruns was very personable and professional.
The physical location itself is fine however I saw Ryan Marinone, and it was not a good experience. The staff rushed through my appointment, did not take my full medical history, and when I got to actually speaking with the provider, he dismissed my concerns even though I have had multiple surgeries on my knee and the only treatment plan he could come up with was to stretch my quad. I will never be seeing him again and will be going somewhere else to get a second opinion. When I called to discuss this experience with the office manager they sent me to a voicemail that doesn't exist and then sent me a link to provide this review. It’s clear they don’t care about their patients here.
This was my first physical therapy appointment with Patty and I am extremely impressed with her knowledge and demeanor. I’m so happy she’s going to be my therapist while my left shoulder heals. She’s very compassionate and made my visit quite productive and actually fun!
What a joke! Trying to get a hold of anyone at a specific office is next to impossible. My husband had neck surgery a month ago and was in for a follow-up and they were supposed to give him a bone stimulator and they forgot. The next appointment was at a different location and they didn't have the stimulator there. I asked them to transfer it there because it was closer. He said he would call me and let me know. No call. Today I've called 4 times and still don't have an answer to where it is. No one EVER calls back and you cant talk to anyone at a specific location. This should be simple but it is not. It's a joke! All I want to know is where I can pick up the dang bone stimulator.
1st PT session ever in my life. Was great!
Cole is super knowledgeable. Patient and looking forward to my healing process with him. I highly recommend his services!
Showed up a bit early and was taken in right away. X-rays were done and processed when the PA came in and evaluated me. Great communication and explanation of treatment options. Highly recommend!
I had an appt with Karlene Gonzales P.A. today. I had previously had arthroscopic knee surgery with Dr Domer last November (2025) to remove a bone fragment & smooth patellar bones (due to arthritis and wear & tear). I was back to working out for approx 4 months & had a setback with severe knee pain & inflammation. I was able to get in to see Dr Domer's PA, Karlene Gonzales at their High Street location. Karlene listened to my concerns, evaluated my knee & its inflammation, and gave me an injection. It was a seamless appointment and the injection went smoothly. I highly recommend Karlene Gonzales and found the High Street location clean, efficiently run, and well staffed. My only recommendation is if it's your first visit to that location, pay attention to the street #s on the buildings in the outdoor shopping area where the office is located, so that you park accordingly. The #s are fairly small on the upper corner of each block. Cheers, and here's to successful healing & recovery!
Dr. Brad Bruns always takes great care of me and his other patients. He is one doctor whose "Bedside manner" is superb! I highly recommend Dr. Bruns and OrthoArizona
