From start to finish, my LASIK experience was absolutely amazing. I was definitely nervous going in, but Dr. Procope was incredible and made me feel calm and comfortable the entire time. He talked me through every single step, reassured me nonstop, and honestly made the whole experience feel way less intimidating. I didn’t feel a thing, which still blows my mind.
Dr. Will was also fantastic, so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. And can we talk about the staff? Every single person was warm, supportive, and made sure I felt taken care of the whole time. You never feel rushed or ignored here, they truly are there for you and it shows.
If you’re even thinking about LASIK and feeling scared, trust me, you’re in the best hands. Best decision I’ve made and I would recommend this team a thousand times over.
The lasik was absolutely worth it! It has been 2 months since the surgery, and everyone was so incredibly helpful. I was terrified. From the initial consultation to the surgery and follow up, from the receptionist to the surgeons, I was consistently reassured and taken care of. I sincerely felt that they cared about me and my healing process. When I had a concern, it was very easy to reach out. Financing was incredibly easy as well. if you are someone like me, that has been wearing glasses since the age of 12, and I’m now 33 years old, I will tell you not to think about it and get it done. Best decision, and best money I’ve ever spend.
I saw an ad on Instagram about the LASIK Eye Institute and was immediately curious about what they offered. I scheduled my in-person consultation with the Bala office a few days after I saw the ad. My experience was amazing and the staff made me feel comfortable. I just had my surgery yesterday and I was not anxious about it, thanks to the environment provided. I would recommend this provider to handle your LASIK needs because above and beyond is an understatement.
If you’re on the fence or nervous about getting lasik, don’t be! Do it. I was honestly terrified but the staff here is so down to earth and professional. They assured me I was in great hands. The Lasik care team is phenomenal from start to finish. They not only brought my eyesight to 20/20, but they made me feel comfortable through every step of the process. I was referred by a friend and glad I considered it. The entire team was wonderful. I was fine until the day of surgery when I actually had the procedure done. I was very nervous but Dr. Procope was very patient and had a calming voice. There was no pain and everything was a success.
Day two of post lasik and so far everything has been great! Was a bit anxious about the procedure but it was a 10 minute operation, 0 pain only a bit of pressure when they make the incision on the eyes. Post operation was a slight discomfort as the eyes were healing but by day two the discomfort was practically non existent. The team here was super professional, helpful and quick, getting me in and out with no issues and ready to answer my questions whenever I had them. If you are on the fence about lasik I would highly recommend going forward with the lasik Institute!
