Explain everything very clearly, very thorough exam and visual scan option so you don't have to deal with getting your pupils dilated. My glasses were just for distance, driving and watching TV. My little one and I had a very good experience here. Everyone was so friendly from the moment we walked through the door. Dr Allison was really good with my little one during the eye exam. She made her feel very comfortable. We even had great assistance while picking out glasses for the first time. There are plenty options to pick from. Also the facility is very clean! Was just here today and they were AWESOME!!! All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The optometrist took her time with making sure had a thorough exam and made him feel very comfortable throughout the process, which is huge because he is usually a jitter bug! Ari helped us through the whole process of picking his glasses and took her time to break everything down in a personable and helpful way! I knew from just about five minutes of being there that I would be switching providers and moving all of us there! Also depending on your insurance you can get same day glasses which was BEA-U-TIFUL for us as we needed them there and then. 10/10 would recommend Ari and this business any day!!

Just yes. Simply yes. In the search for a new optometrist/ophthalmologist I’d gone to several different places and I was slightly disappointed to say the least. When I stopped into Harbison Eyecare the first time, it was just for frames (mind you the selection is top tier), I was greeted warmly and with kindness. When I was unable to schedule with a provider that I was with for years locally, I decided to come right back to HEC. Although a 40 minutes drive I didn’t mind. Experience is everything! I had my eye exam redone here today. Victoria and Tiffany were AMAZING! Doc is THE SWEETEST ❤️. I recommend this practice without hesitation and remember that your eye health is just as important and vital as the health of your entire body!
