The wait time was unacceptable once I was taken I was interviewed and then put in another area to wait again. Once I was there I met another woman who also was waiting and she had an appointment earlier than mine. There we waited over 30 minutes People should be told at the time they enter the office that there would be a long wait time . Over an hour ! And should have been given the option to reschedule!
On the positive note I really like my Doctor . Doctor He .
SightMD , great entertainment, location and most of all great staff. Arrived at SightMD on a Sunday morning I was impressed with the quality of service on a Sunday afternoon. The staff was helpful answering my questions and efficient service on a short notice. I had an issue with getting the medication from the pharmacy on Sunday, it was delayed but not denied.
I rushed back to SightMD the following day, Monday morning. I ask to speak to the manager to resolve the situation. Indeed the manager go above and beyond to assist me and make my treatment possible. Job well done . Great 👍 team effort.
The staff , was quick with paperwork. Not a long wait . Dr. Catherine did a superb job going through each step of procedure and taking her time to explain her findings of test.x-rays. I WOULD DEFINITELY recommend family members and friends . I was very happy with team staff treatment and the care they given me , My son made an appointment for himself as well on my next visit.
Great facility! Front desk staff extremely friendly and thor·ough! Especially tbe supervisor who checked me in. I was impressed with how she handled her staff. It was very professional and caring with them. Her tone And mannerism of speaking with them was highly professional and caring toward them. House she relayed instruction toward her. Staff was highly impressive.
The office looks very clean, the reception staff was very nice and professional. I also appreciated the detailed explanation of the process from triage down and from the doctor. I felt comfortable and not rushed. Thank you!
I had a 9:20 appt and Levins was very helpful and responded politely with my requests since my hearing is not too good. I made sure dilating eyedtops will follow soon with the doctor and so the visit went well. Check out: I signed out for a copy of my check up results to share with my primary doctor. Today was the first time I met Dr. He. Very patient with my questions and her directions were clear .
Thank you for having a caring staff.
I had a great experience from start to finish at SightMD NY — Garden City. The facility was very clean, and the entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable throughout my visit.
Dr. Svitra was excellent—he took the time to go over my results in great detail and made sure I understood everything. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for professional and thorough care!
The wait time was long. I arrived at 2 pm 15 minutes early, having already filled my forms online. The center was crowded and there were still additional forms required.
I was brought back for routine testing about 2:45, 30 minutes after my appointment. The support personnel were professional, but clearly overworked. The testing room for portions of the exam was disorganized, with equipment scattered about, no privacy screens, and some concern for careful cleaning before reuse by the next patient.
Most positive in my experience was my examination by my doctor, Dr Doshi. She was thorough and is a highly competent diagnostician, and patient centric professional.
The last unpleasant surprise was being charged $60.00 for a prescription for glasses with a service fee added to that of a buck and change. This is the first time I have ever been charged for a prescription. The insurance payment for the service is considerable and should be providing enough profit without this charge.
