Miguel and the staff are incredibly professional and welcoming from the moment you walk in. I primarily see Dr. Paniccia and Dr. Kass, both of whom are thorough and clearly experts in their field. They take the time to answer every single question I have, ensuring I never feel rushed or unheard.
What I appreciate most is their dedication to accuracy. They make sure my prescriptions are 100% correct by performing several trials before finalizing anything. It is rare to find a practice that is this patient and meticulous.
Best of all, there is absolutely no pressure to purchase frames or contacts directly from them. They genuinely care about your eye health and comfort above all else. If you are looking for top-tier eye care, this is the place to go!
I’m so glad I was recommended to Malik Eye Care. From the moment I walked in, the front reception staff was accommodating, and very friendly, specifically Jonathan and Carla. The staff who performed my examination, along with the doctor, were all professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming throughout the entire visit. I’m really happy with the care and service I received and will definitely be coming back again.
Dr. Holtzberg is amazing. He has an incredible gentle approach and his bedside manners are Very professional. I had severe dry eyes and he put punctal plugs and I feel so much better already. Thank you, Dr. Holtzberg you’re wonderful . I will send all my friends and family to your office.
