From start to finish this was a fantastic experience. The nurses, technicians and doctors were thorough and patient. They presented a lot of information to us and gave us plenty of time to process it and ask questions. (And there we many!) I never felt like I was hurried out of the office. They were attentive to our questions and concerns. I had tremendous anxiety going into this appointment but left feeling at ease. It was a 10/10 experience.
Great place, I highly recommend it. The staff there are super knowledgeable and friendly, especially Julie - she was really incredible (please give that woman a raise). Very fast and easy check in, and the wait time was very short! I saw Dr. Benoit; she was really attentive and thorough. Nothing bad to say about the place.
Greeted well by the receptionist, technicians and nurses. Various tests done quickly with ease. Dr Dale warmly handled my examination explaining the whys and finally expressing the end results. So I was very pleased with the outcome of that day. Recommendations were given with the options to follow up.
I've had encounters with Dr. Leonard Nelson and Dr. Richard Tipperman. They are both first class and easy to deal with.
Dr. Tipperman has actually returned my phone calls in the evening after hours and has spent substantial time during those calls answering all my questions.
Friends of mine have seen Dr. Ayers and were highly complimentary of him as well.
I was taken on time. All of my questions were answered. I was not rushed. They made appointments for me to follow up on my issue. Office staff and dr. We’re respectful, cheery and made me feel comfortable.
Our initial tech was outstanding. He was kind and knowledgeable. I wish I could remember his name. Dr. Schrack was excellent as always. She spends the time you need with her.
This eye center could not have been more welcoming and caring. I immediately felt comfortable. The staff, while extremely professional, was also very friendly and warm. Every test was explained to me in plain understandable English.
Dr. Tipperman went above and beyond in guiding me as to what would be best for my cataract surgeries.
I highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Benoit and Opthalmic Partners are THE BEST!! They truly care for their patients and do whatever they can to help. I’ve been a patient of Opthalmic Partners since 1998, and two of their surgeons (one a retina surgeon and one an anterior segment specialist) saved my eye after I experienced a catastrophic freak accident the day before Father’s Day. I was told
In the ER at Wills Hospital “we will probably have to remove your eye; it’s destroyed” (was hit in the right eye with a Pinta stick a careless 13 yr old girl used (the mistake as letting someone 13 participate). Have had 15 surgeries and still have it. As I said, Dr. Benoit is truly a great and compassionate physician!!!!!!
