Hi everyone! I want to express my gratitude to the two friendly and wonderful receptionists, Emily and Sumaiya. They made my visit easy and stress-free. I came in with my mother, who is a senior, and everything went super easy and breezy for her, which I truly appreciated. The rest of the staff and the doctors are also incredibly friendly and professional. Although it’s a busy office, everything runs very smoothly. I highly recommend this location—you will love it. I will definitely return whenever I need to.

If you value your previous time, AVOID THIS HELL HOLE! Love wasting time? You will love this place! Took my dad, arrived at 2:15 for a 2:30 appointment. 50 minute wait for 5 minutes of testes, sent back to waiting room. 10 minute wait for another few minutes of eye tests. 1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting more waiting before my dad couldn't take it anymore. The receptionist said it usually takes 2 hours to see the doctor. Ended up leaving at 4:45ish. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

11/2024. A very hectic office, lots of staff bumping into each other. Mom was taking to several rooms by doctor's assistant. Doctor finally confirmed the already known condition, mom has a cataract, but doctor said with a smile that mom's insurance doesn't cover the cataract surgery, she will have to pay cash. But an appt. was set, but I don't see why, I guess they just wanted to keep getting paid for Appt coverage. What's the point? Fishy business. I won't b returning.

I had a 1245 appointment today. After arriving 10 minutes early and waiting over an hour and a half I asked the receptionist if I somehow got skipped. She said no that I had two people ahead of me. I continued to sit there as four more others were called ahead of me . I finally walked out. What is the purpose of appointments if doctors can’t honor them. Furthermore, I saw an older woman who had to be escorted by a family arrive a half an hour late complaining that they had train trouble that led to it. The doctor said there was nothing they could do and they had to reschedule. So apparently you have to abide by their time schedule, but your time means absolutely nothing to them once they have you in their office. It seems to be common practice here in New York, where doctors officers overbook and don’t abide by the schedule they create. I have two words for them. DO BETTER!!

Not a big fan of going to the eye doctor because I get very nervous, but when I walked into the establishment I loved the energy from the staff. In particular, Emily and Sumaiya helped me with my anxiety when I first got there. I was very nervous about seeing my doctor but they both calmed me down and helped me gain the courage to do what is best for me on that day. Emily and Sumaiya give a very calming presence to the environment. I am very thankful to them and I will be going back to this place for my appointment. Thank you!

Worst experience ever. My appointment was at 10:40. I showed a few mins early. Waited 45min to have my eyes dilated and than waited another 2 hours to be offered to reschedule appointment. The receptionist told me they didn’t know the doctor was not here when after they took my money and dilated my eyes. They kept telling me 20/30min and I waited 2 hours and then they refunded me my money. Clowns in here. Clown doctor who doesn’t care about patients and clown receptionists who sit and do nothing but drink Starbucks all day. I wish I can give a 0 star

The waiting time is crazy. Keep two hours or more to be in this place. Too crowded

Went in for the routine check up. No complaints whatsoever! Quick, simple. Admin staff was very courteous and professional. The doctors took their time, answered all my questions and never felt rushed. Glad to know we have this jem in Jackson Heights! I'd like to add that the office is extremely clean, organize and their equipment seems brand new.
