I received my consultation and procedure on the same day, which made the entire process very convenient. I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff from the moment I arrived. Everyone explained each step before doing anything, which helped me feel informed and comfortable throughout my visit.
They provided instructions verbally, in writing, and even with a video demonstration, making it easy to understand everything. The surgeon clearly explained the procedure beforehand and reviewed the aftercare instructions afterward.
Overall, it was an excellent experience. 10/10—I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate care.

Kayla and Kiki were incredibly warm and welcoming from the very beginning. They guided me through every step of the process, answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time.
The doctor was also very professional and knowledgeable, which gave me a lot of confidence going into the procedure.
Overall, this was a very smooth and positive experience. I really appreciate the whole team’s support and care. Highly recommend!
I’m just a few days into this but so far I’m amazed. I got so fed up skiing, playing tennis, hiking, and rafting with glasses that I made the choice for LASIK. I’m 60 years old and now have 20/20 vision. I can interact with my phone ok but use reading glasses for extended periods of close up reading. The procedure itself is not painful but is a little uncomfortable as you are having work done on your eyes!!! I would definitely recommend this company. I was treated at the Court St, Brooklyn Heights office. They were really nice, skilled people. Thanks again.
Also, don’t forget to redo your DMV eye test!

What really impressed me was the follow-up care. The team stayed in touch, checked in after the surgery, and made sure I was healing well. You can tell they truly care about their patients’ results and overall experience.

A week in after my surgery and I can't be thankful enough for this huge quality of life improvement.
The doctors and surgeon talks you through the entire process and literally in 10 or so minutes the operation was done.
The process itself was quite the experience, from holding your eyes open to the actual laser but immediately afterwards, I can already see much better.
Took the 3 hour nap, used the eye drops, and there was no pain through out the day.
I cannot express how wonderful it is now to wake up every morning with clear vision.
