The office was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. and they have a patient consultant, Korey Crosby, who will walk you through the whole procedure and set up everything. He was a god sent. I sat there and he scheduled all my appointments with my eye doctor and the eye surgeon Dr. Richmond from Kremer Eye Center. He set up and ordered all the meds needed. I met with Dr. Richmond, who is very knowledgeable and friendly. We set up an appointment for the cataract surgery which will be done at the Surgical Center of South Jersey. I recommend Kremer Eye Center to all.
The staff was very nice! Dr. Richman was awesome! He took the time to explain everything about cataract surgery to me and my husband and answered all of our questions with care and compassion! Korey, the patient consultant was fantastic! He took his time getting everything scheduled for us and explained patiently everything about pre op and post op that we needed to know! The most organized person my husband and I have ever met!! Thanks to all!!
Referred to Kremer from my optometrist for two different eyelid issues in different eyes (cyst removal and infection/stye/chalazion). Had an Oculopastics consult that led to two successful procedures. Saw Dr Kalla Gervasio in Kremer Eye Center Cherry Hill. Dr Gervasio has a great bedside manner, skilled, experienced, listened carefully, explained information well, gave options for me to consider. Very happy with outcomes and the care I received from the entire staff. Nice to know high-caliber specialized expertise is available nearby.
My experience was pleasant and professional. Dr. Johnson was absolutely wonderful. I was a little anxious about my procedure.

Dr. Gervasio is outstanding. This was my first appointment with her and I was thoroughly impressed. She is very professional and knowledgable. She answered all my questions and explained the process in detail. She is kind and compassionate. Kremer Eye Center is extremely fortunate to have her on their staff.

All of the workers are very pleasant. They did a great job working with my Dad (89)who went through several exams for an upcoming cataract surgery. Christy, the scheduler was amazing! :)
Update 3/14/26: Just had my 1st of 2 cataract surgeries done Thursday and once again, Dr. Raparla and the entire team hit a home run with every facet of tge procedure. Additionally, the Post Op Follow up visit yesterday went great as well. So efficient yet I never felt rushed during the exam. Dr Cied (sp?) was awesome and took as much time to carefully explain everything and answer any questions or concerns. I’m loving my new found eyesight in tge roght one. Can’t wait until this Friday to get the left one done.
Thanks again to my entire team at Kremer and SJ Surgical Center for making this a “no angst” positive experience.
Just wanted to drop a 5 star review on ALL of the staff who helped me yesterday during my initial visit in prep for a Cataract surgery. Everyone from the check-in personnel, through the technicians testing, the examination and consultation by Dr.Raparla and right up through the scheduling of my procedures and multiple follow ups exams by Patient Consultant Christy, .could not have been better.
The entire staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed since I must admit that I was a bit nervous going in realizing the fact that someone’s gonna be cutting into my eyeballs.
All good though. I’m looking forward to the procedures scheduled in March and I’m feeling very confident that everything is gonna go perfectly.
As a return patient at Kremer, I can say that the office staff is extremely kind and helpful. My doctor, Dr. Gervasio, was wonderful, as was her assistant Alyssa. Dr. Gervasio was very patient, thorough, and professional. She addressed my eye issues and reviewed possible treatments in detail. I am a senior citizen and I appreciate it when a doctor takes their time and reviews things slowly and in detail with me.
