I had a misunderstanding regarding appointment times. Dealing with the issue, the staff assisted me in a courteous and professional manner putting me at ease. I do so appreciate my dentist Rhys. He listens carefully and takes time to help me understand the decisions I need to make regarding my dental care. He and his assistant are professional at all times and I feel completely safe in their care

I've been with Wyndham house for as long as I can remember, and Dave has been my dentist and now sees my two children aged 7 & 3. I would go as far to say he's the best dentist in the vale. Such a lovely person and makes both myself and my children feel at ease the second we walk through the door. I'm very nervous when it comes to the dentist but Dave will always make a joke and try and ease my anxiety and he's just fantastic. Today was my daughter's second time in the dentist first time wasn't a great experience but even when she was crying Dave got a good look at her teeth and he was amazing. Today she was nervous before we got there, she watched Dave do her brothers teeth and when it was her turn she was very happy to let him look. He's equally as fab with my little boy always chatting with him and making him smile. I know I don't have to dread a trip to the dentist when we get this type of care. It's second to none and wouldn't want to see anyone else. 👍🏻

Excellent as always, I’m so nervous of going to the dentist - but always reassuring and mindful of how I’m feeling. The receptionists so helpful and lovely too - fitted me in for same day appointment for the hygienist whilst I was in for my routine check up. Excellent customer service.
