First class service from a first class team.I have known James for a number of years always putting the patient first and treating them as an individual.His strength lays in the way he interacts with his team and they all follow his principle of being totally customer focused.
Everyone from Jack (great sense of humour ) ,Alex to the gregarious girls on reception Jenny and Carly Clinic Manager helped make a nervous patient (I hate having X rays)
more comfortable and at ease .

I had my annual checkup and 6 monthly hygienist appointment today. As always I received excellent treatment from both Justine and James, with comprehensive, detailed explanation of what they were doing and why. The reception staff are friendly, courteous and very professional.
My appointment with Jack Sulston and Lois was on time and as usual a pleasant experience. Jack has taken on the challenge of keeping as many of my teeth in good working order, as possible. We have good interaction and Lois keeps the materials coming for a successful outcome. Thank you both for your care and attention.
Just finished what I consider to be a fairly in depth hygiene treatment with Joseff, ably assisted by Alex. The 2 sessions were carried out in a calm atmosphere and Joseff took great care to ensure I wasn’t in any discomfort throughout the treatments. Joseff and Alex have a friendly manner and I was relaxed throughout.
I thoroughly recommend this Practice.
I have only recently joined the Tongwynlais practice after becoming disillusioned with my previous practice. I can honestly say that I am really impressed with the level
of care and attention that James and his whole team have given me.
The lovely lady I think her name was jenny . She asked me to fill a form out before my treatment, which filled me with panic as I have dyslexia I mentioned this to Jenny and she then started reading the questionnaire to myself which immediately relaxed me . I was so grateful and Jenny was so kind thank you
Absolutely lovely environment, was booked as part of an emergency appointment for my son via 111 and I can't praise the practice enough reception and waiting area is so clean and well maintained and the young lady on reception was so friendly and welcoming did not feel out of place at all. The dentist and nurse were very friendly listening to my son and my self and made sure cause of treatment was explain. Don't think I have ever been to a nicer dentist.
