Five months ago, I started my Invisalign journey with Laffan Dental Care… and I honestly wish I’d done it sooner. ✨
From the very first consultation, Guy and the entire team have been incredible. Professional, reassuring, patient and genuinely excited about helping me achieve the smile I’ve always wanted. Every appointment feels relaxed and welcoming, never clinical or intimidating.
What’s amazed me most is how much my confidence has already grown in just 5 months. I find myself smiling more in photos, talking more confidently and no longer focusing on the things I used to notice about my teeth. The changes have been subtle but powerful… like watching confidence quietly bloom tray by tray. 🌿
The whole Invisalign process has been far easier than I expected and the support from the team has been amazing throughout. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in every smile they create.

I am new to Laffan and am usually quite an anxious patient... but I cannot fault the work provided by Poppy and the team with recent treatment and I didn't feel at all worried about anything carried out. The plan is great value for money and the staff across the board were extremely attentive and caring. Thank you very much.
Ridiculously pleased with my new smile. Adam is a wizard and consummate professional. From initial consultation, treatment plan to final appointment, i was in good hands, being informed of my options and not pressured to make a decision i was not comfortable with. In March last year, I began my Invisalign journey with Adam and the team at Laffan dental practice, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the care, support and professionalism was truly outstanding. Adam made the whole process easy to understand, and the team were always welcoming, friendly and reassuring at every appointment. The practice has such a warm atmosphere that it quickly became somewhere I genuinely enjoy visiting.
I’m over the moon with my new smile, and because of the fantastic experience I’ve had, Laffan has now become my regular dental practice for both myself and my family.

I was made to feel very welcome as a new patient by the whole team. The lady at reception was very helpful. The dentist Dr Puddle had a chat with me before starting, to see what I wanted to achieve and if I had any concerns. He was very approachable and easy to speak to. I also saw the hygienist who did a great job and very good priced compared to a lot of other hygienists. I would definitely recommend the practise in Blackwood. Thank you all.
Dentist Denise and assistants amazing! I actually look forward to seeing them when I used to have fear of the dentist. They put me at ease.
Feedback for organisation at the front desk, the girls there generally seem nice enough so this is not a personal criticism but I have been made to feel as if I’m inadequate more than once. The fact there are 3 different locations for the same dental surgery in close proximity hasn’t helped as it confuses clients. It’s important that people know where they should be because otherwise we will be told off for being late. Perhaps they could include it on the confirmation text they send before the appointment.
On a good note, they have fixed my teeth - yes at a cost but overall good service. Well done!

The care and treatment I have received from Guy throughout this journey has been nothing but professionalism, perfection and honesty.
As a whole the team are fantastic and really do go out of their way to make sure their patient care is outstanding, one of my most recent experience of this whereby I was late arriving to the centre to collect my aligner and Eve waited past closing time, 20 after closing time, she waited for me outside the centre to ensure she personally handed them to me herself, this gesture certainly did not go unnoticed!
The team really do an outstanding job.
