I had such a great experience with Bamboo Dental! I had 6 month smile treatment with Dr Tom Evans, and this treatment was for 5 and a half months. I really did not believe that my teeth would be straightened this quickly, but Tom did such a great job. He was so supportive throughout and made sure that the treatment plan was complete before I was due to go travelling. I also received composite bonding at the end which I also had a great experience with. I am so happy with my teeth and feel so much more confident! The customer service team are also very helpful and friendly. I would really recommend this practice and Tom and his nurse Claire especially.😊
I’ve now got a smile to be proud of! From start to finish, the reception team at Bamboo have been brilliant; their flexibility and understanding when life happens has made the experience enjoyable rather than another stressful headache. I have some mental health issues and unusual shift patterns which often makes things like this difficult, but regular updates and reminders from them has meant I could keep on top of everything as I needed to. I would never have got the incredible results I got had it not been for them, so thank you. I was recommended a comprehensive treatment plan just from sending in pictures of my teeth, which was backed up and explained fully on my consultation. I wasn’t made to feel bad about the state of my teeth, nor pressured into doing more than was needed. The finance process was very quick and simple. Oli, Eleanor and their teams were always friendly, professional and supportive. My journey with Bamboo Dental started with my initial consultation on 18/11/25 with Dr Oliver Spencer. The receptionists upon arrival were really polite and courteous and made me feel welcome. After explaining to Oliver how I felt being so self conscious about my teeth, he immediately made me feel at ease and gave me an amazing insight of how my teeth with his expertise could be transformed which is something I never ever thought could be possible. Oliver set up a plan which entailed of Invisalign treatment to straighten my bottom teeth, all of my old fillings were replaced with white composite and then on 31/03/26 my top 10 Emax Veneers were fitted which has given me so much more confidence as I now have my perfect smile. Throughout the whole experience Oliver along with his Nurse Nouhayla were professional and made me feel relaxed throughout my treatment and he explained every procedure he was carrying out at the time. I cannot thank Oliver enough for totally transforming my smile.
