I decided to try Chinese medicine to support my fertility journey, and I'm so glad I did. My first consultation with Dr. Lily was excellent—she was knowledgeable, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me confidence in the treatment plan.
Since then, I've been having weekly acupuncture sessions, had a deep tissue massage and cupping, reflexology, all of which have been a wonderful experience. I genuinely look forward to each appointment, and I've already noticed a positive difference in my overall health and wellbeing.

I have come to Ginsen for about 3 years now and have always had such a positive experience after doing cupping therapy or acupuncture here. I found it to be one of the only things that really helped me when I had long covid, it noticeably always reduced my stress levels. Dr Lexie can always tell me what’s going on in my mind or body just by feeling my pulse and seeing my tongue it’s truly amazing! Highly recommend visiting him to recalibrate and feel better overall with whatever issue you may be experiencing at the time!

Just had a 60-minute massage at GinSen Kensington and it was honestly amazing. The staff were really friendly and managed to fit me in on short notice, which I really appreciated.

Dr. Wen is my doctor, and he is extremely professional, attentive, and gentle 👨⚕️He provides many helpful and thoughtful suggestions, and he adjusts my herbal prescriptions every week based on my physical condition.

Dr Cindy has been absolutely amazing - I went with a few concerns, but the reason I know the treatment is working is because my psoriasis, which I’ve had for 10 years, cleared up within 24 hours of starting the treatment. I have noticed a huge difference in everything else too, so now I’m a huge TCM convert and can’t wait to see even more improvements. Gin Sen feels professional and is very easy to deal with. Wont go anywhere else!
Really good experience at Gen Sen Clinic. Dr Lilly was very warm, professional and made both me and my husband feel comfortable straight away. Her diagnostics were spot on for both of us, and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing.
The staff were also very welcoming and professional, and the whole experience felt smooth from start to finish. It was also very cost effective, which was a big plus.
