I have come to Ginsen for about 3 years now and have always had such a positive experience after doing cupping therapy or acupuncture here. Dr Lexie can always tell me what’s going on in my mind or body just by feeling my pulse and seeing my tongue it’s truly amazing! Just had a 60-minute massage at GinSen Kensington and it was honestly amazing. The staff were really friendly and managed to fit me in on short notice, which I really appreciated.

Dr Cindy has been absolutely amazing - I went with a few concerns, but the reason I know the treatment is working is because my psoriasis, which I’ve had for 10 years, cleared up within 24 hours of starting the treatment. I have noticed a huge difference in everything else too, so now I’m a huge TCM convert and can’t wait to see even more improvements. Gin Sen feels professional and is very easy to deal with. Wont go anywhere else!
Really good experience at Gen Sen Clinic. Dr Lilly was very warm, professional and made both me and my husband feel comfortable straight away. Her diagnostics were spot on for both of us, and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing.
The staff were also very welcoming and professional, and the whole experience felt smooth from start to finish. It was also very cost effective, which was a big plus.
