I would like to thank the lady who carried out my gynaecology scan today. She was extremely professional, kind, and considerate throughout the appointment. She talked me through the scan step by step, listened carefully to my concerns, and made me feel comfortable and reassured.
As I am partially deaf, I especially appreciated the way she made sure I understood everything. She spoke slowly and clearly, checked that I had understood the information, and was very patient throughout. Her professionalism, understanding, and compassionate approach made a real difference to my experience.

I had a fantastic experience at the clinic today. I had a saline infusion scan and also an ultrasound. The reception staff were approachable and helpful. The gynaecologist was professional, knowledgeable, experienced, she set me at ease right away and explained the process every step of the way. She also explained my results in real time. I would highly recommend the ultragyn.
I saw Michael Wong and he was honestly lovely. Really professional, but also friendly and very reassuring. He explained everything clearly as we went along, and I could watch the ultrasound while he was talking me through it, which I really appreciated. The clinic itself felt clean, calm and welcoming too. Overall, it was a really informative and genuinely pleasant experience.
I visited the Gynaecology Ultrasound Centre today and was seen by Dr M Wong. I do not usually leave reviews, but the care and service I received were exceptional.
Dr M Wong was professional, thorough, and reassuring from start to finish. He identified findings during my scan that, in most cases, are usually only diagnosed on MRI. His expertise and attention to detail have helped me continue my fertility journey with much more clarity and confidence.
I travelled from Birmingham for my appointment, and it was absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend Dr M Wong and will certainly be referring friends and family in the future. Thank you again for the amazing care and service.
It all took very quick. Appt was at 12, I came a little early and was out at 12.20. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. The radiologist was extremely nice, and explained in clear language what were her findings. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

I had a follow-up appointment with Dr. Michael Wang, who performed my surgery at St. Bart's Hospital. My recovery was incredibly quick, and I was struck by his professionalism. He is also kind and instantly puts you at ease. Overall, I am impressed with the high quality of care I received.
