I was unfortunately very disappointed with the outcome of my Botox treatment. During the initial consultation, I clearly explained my expectations and the areas I wanted treated, but the final result fell well short of what was discussed. I was advised that a review appointment and possible top-up could be carried out two weeks later if required. However, given the limited effect achieved from the initial treatment, I had little confidence that a top-up would have produced the result discussed during the consultation. In my experience, previous treatments elsewhere had achieved the desired result from the initial appointment. Unfortunately, my regular practitioner was unavailable at the time, which is why I chose Therapy due to its strong reputation. Two weeks after treatment, there was still significant movement in the treated area, and the result was so limited that I ultimately chose to have the treatment repeated from the beginning by another practitioner. While the staff were professional and courteous throughout, the treatment outcome did not meet my expectations. This review reflects my personal experience, and based on that experience I would not choose this clinic again for Botox treatment.

This location is amazing. Everyone is very kind and helpful. They always give you their full attention and make the place feel calm and warm. I’ve been lucky to have Sophia C as my therapist and she’s GREAT! She answers all the questions, is constantly checking to make sure you’re comfortable, and is so friendly.
