I was unfortunately very disappointed with the outcome of my Botox treatment. During the initial consultation, I clearly explained my expectations and the areas I wanted treated, but the final result fell well short of what was discussed.
I was advised that a review appointment and possible top-up could be carried out two weeks later if required. However, given the limited effect achieved from the initial treatment, I had little confidence that a top-up would have produced the result discussed during the consultation. In my experience, previous treatments elsewhere had achieved the desired result from the initial appointment.
Unfortunately, my regular practitioner was unavailable at the time, which is why I chose Therapy due to its strong reputation.
Two weeks after treatment, there was still significant movement in the treated area, and the result was so limited that I ultimately chose to have the treatment repeated from the beginning by another practitioner.
While the staff were professional and courteous throughout, the treatment outcome did not meet my expectations. This review reflects my personal experience, and based on that experience I would not choose this clinic again for Botox treatment.
This location is amazing. Everyone is very kind and helpful. They always give you their full attention and make the place feel calm and warm. I’ve been lucky to have Sophia C as my therapist and she’s GREAT! She answers all the questions, is constantly checking to make sure you’re comfortable, and is so friendly. Honestly, the procedures can be awkward or nerve-wracking but the calm environment and Sophia make all that go away!
Grace W was great! As this was my first session I wasn’t sure what to expect. She explained it really well beforehand and consistently asking was I ok during the full session. This was very reassuring & would put anyone at ease.
I’ve been coming to this clinic for laser hair removal for a couple of years now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. So far, I’ve done my face, bikini, and underarms, and the results have been amazing. The staff are always friendly, professional, and make you feel completely comfortable at every visit. The treatments are done carefully and with great attention to detail.
Because I’ve been so happy with the progress, I’ve now booked a full body hair removal course as my next step, and I’m genuinely excited about it. That alone says a lot about how much I trust this clinic. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about laser hair removal – you’ll be in great hands!
