Such a great experience from start to finish with Sandra, Kelly-Ann and Mathew. Usually apprehensive when getting new glasses and bring someone with me. I was in the capable hands of Sandra who was so knowledgeable and helpful selecting my glasses. Sandra is very personable with a great sense of humour. Delighted with the glasses. Every person I dealt with from start to finish was so professional, polite and very helpful. The optician in particular was especially patient with me. I didnt quite grasp some of the instructions whilst looking at the screens and felt a little nervous, but he was so helpful and nice, he put me at ease and I was able to follow the instructions correctly.
