I recently had a hair removal treatment at Urbana and I’m really happy with the overall experience. The staff were very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. They explained the procedure clearly, answered all my questions, and checked in with me throughout the session to make sure I was okay. The clinic was clean, modern, and well-organized, which gave me a lot of confidence in their service. The treatment itself was quick and much less painful than I expected, and I’ve already started to see noticeable results. I really do recommend this place to all my friends. Yes, it’s pricey, but it’s absolutely worth every penny – they do a professional job. I’d say Andressa in particular is an expert in this field; I’ve tried a few others, but Andressa is truly very professional and does an excellent job. If you’re looking for hair removal, you should give Andressa a try. The new place is nicer and bigger. I hope it brings you good luck.
I had an amazing experience at this laser Urbana salon and I couldn’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, everything felt professional, clean, and welcoming.
The girl who did my treatment was absolutely fantastic. She really took the time to explain everything clearly before starting, which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She checked on me throughout the session and made sure I was okay the whole time. You can tell she really cares about her clients and does her job with great attention and professionalism.
The laser machine they use is amazing and very advanced. The treatment was much more comfortable than I expected and the results are already great. The whole process felt safe, efficient, and very well done.
