Such a great experience from start to finish with Sandra, Kelly-Ann and Mathew. Usually apprehensive when getting new glasses and bring someone with me. I was in the capable hands of Sandra who was so knowledgeable and helpful selecting my glasses. Sandra is very personable with a great sense of humour. Delighted with the glasses. You have a wonderful staff and I hope they are appreciated. Great service, thank you all!!

Every person I dealt with from start to finish was so professional, polite and very helpful. The optician in particular was especially patient with me. I didnt quite grasp some of the instructions whilst looking at the screens and felt a little nervous, but he was so helpful and nice, he put me at ease and I was able to follow the instructions correctly. The examination was very thorough and I was able to ask whatever I wanted in relation to how long to wear the glasse, use the phone and taking breaks from screens etc. The chap who helped me choose the glasses was lovely as well and we had a laugh trying on the different style glasses and I didnt feel hurried or forced to choose quickly. Overall I would rate the service as first class. Thank you.

I recently brought my 15 years old teenage son to Specsavers for an eye check-up, prescription, and MyoSmart glasses, and I honestly couldn't fault the experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They made my son feel completely at ease, which meant a lot as eye appointments can sometimes feel a bit daunting for teenagers. The eye examination itself was thorough and professional. The optometrist took their time explaining every step of the process and clearly outlined my son's prescription in a way that was easy for both of us to understand. There was no rushing, we felt like we were genuinely being looked after. What really impressed me was the expert advice we received about MyoSmart lenses. The team took the time to explain how the technology works to help slow the progression of myopia in young people, which as a parent is incredibly reassuring. It's clear the staff are well-trained and passionate about children's eye health not just selling products. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. We were seen on time, everything was explained clearly, and we left feeling confident in the care my son had received. Specsavers has absolutely earned our loyalty. I would recommend them without hesitation to any parent looking for outstanding eye care for their child. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience!

We had recently visited Specsavers in the Liffey Valley SC. Our two teens needed check up and how tests showed a new glasses as well. It was very busy Saturday in this salon so we had wait a bit. Scheck up was performed very quickly and we had a very nice conversation with Robina. This girl helped us to choose frames and was extremely helpful and friendly. We would like to thank to all staff in Specsavers for their friendliness and valuable advice. A big thank to Patryk, Ronan, Muhammad, Robina and Abby G. We will come again!

Had a great experience during both my appointments recently. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt completely satisfied with the services I received. I was seen on time and didn't experience any delays. Every aspect was explained in great detail and any questions I asked were answered with great knowledge and professionalism. I was given ample time to look at the wide range of frames and all the costs were explained before I agreed to any purchases. The turnaround time to get my glasses was less than a week. Would highly recommend the Liffey Valley branch. Each and every member of staff were all fantastic, no matter what their role was.

From Muhammad to Kelly Ann, the entire experience was 5-star. I came from an optometrist in town and have just moved to Lucan so thought I would try Spec savers as I was unhappy with my glasses & previous service. Spec savers LV service is incomparable. The best eye exam I've had. The knowledge and experience and positive professional attitudes really stood out. My glasses were considerably cheaper, and I got 2 for the price of one. Kelly Ann was fantastic helping me choose frames and I'm very happy with my new prescription & glasses!

We came in to get contact lenses and received truly professional care. Andrea was incredibly patient with my daughter while explaining how to put the lenses on and take them off, making the whole process easy and comfortable for her. She also took the time to explain the payment options in detail and assisted us with choosing glasses. I went into the branch to get contact lenses as I had ran out, I had a full optical exam and contact lense test. The optician was very well informed and passed the information onto me about my eyes in a way that i could easily comprehend. He informed me that i had ulcers on the left eye iris and would require glasses, I believe it was isaih who helped me pick out the frames, he was very helpful five stars. I was impressed with the speed the glasses were made, less than a week. I will be recommending this store to anyone who asks.
