1 year post procedure and I couldn't be happier with the results, From the first consultation the team broke down the entire treatment plan with realistic expectations. The day of the procedure was very comfortable and I felt very relaxed. The follow up care over the year was excellent with regular reviews and other prp treatments which is optional. I booked an appointment in advance and drove nearly two hours to get there, only to be told upon arrival that they couldn’t provide the treatment because they were fully booked. What made it worse was being told that other patients were being given priority, despite the fact that I had already secured an appointment. This felt extremely unfair and poorly managed. Considering the time, effort, and cost involved in getting there, the whole experience was disappointing.
