Absolutely loved my experience with Total Hair Restoration. From the minute I met Mike I had such a good feeling about the whole thing and the whole team was very reassuring and professional. Before meeting with Mike I had had other consultations with Surgeons in Malahide and had such a bad experience so it was really nice feeling I was in safe hands. If you are considering a hair transplant my advice would be don’t wait, just do it. It’s life changing and I can definitely recommend Total Hair Restoration.
I had my hair transplant here today 8/6/26 and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive throughout the day. The clinic itself is modern, spotless, and well organised, with private patient rooms that make a long procedure much more comfortable.
The surgeon took plenty of time to discuss my goals, explain the procedure, and answer any questions. While the local anaesthetic injections are briefly uncomfortable, the procedure itself was far easier and more comfortable than I expected. I felt well looked after throughout, and the team made every effort to ensure I was comfortable.
I arrived at 9am and was back home by 5:30pm. The aftercare instructions were thorough, all medications were provided, and I left feeling confident and reassured. These guys are the real deal, and local, there is no need to go abroad. I would highly recommend Total Hair Restoration to anyone considering a hair transplant. Thank you Mike, Dr Iniekio, Sue and all the lovely staff I met .

Great experience from first consultation to 10 weeks post transplant...
After visiting two other clinics in late 2024, I didn't feel either were right for me and wasn't happy to go ahead based on the expected results that were articulated.
I was going to just leave it, but read an article about THR and my wife convinced meet to book an appointment.
From the minute we met Mike in Nov 2025, it felt different.
Open, honest but with a vision for what they could deliver.
We agreed to go ahead in the first consultation and booked a Feb 2026 date.
Nerves were constant in the build up but when the day came the team were fantastic, Mike and Sue bubbly as ever and Dr. Eibi a complete professional. I couldn't speak highly enough of him and his team.
I arrived 9.30am, lunch by 12pm and home by 3.30pm after watching Netflix for a couple of hours.
I was walking the next day, minimal discomfort and back in work after the first week.
10 weeks post transplant all is going well, waiting for thickening and growth however I have been completely comfortable with the shaved head look since week 2.
I can't recommend THR highly enough, great team, transparent pricing, I only wished I had found them in 2024.

The procedure itself can be slightly uncomfortable which is to be expected. but the staff were exceptional on the day, they kept me relaxed the entire time and the clinic is very modern, clean, and well-equipped. The post-care instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the follow-up support has been excellent with Mike and Sue on the end of the phone at anytime.
I am 4 months post op, my scalp has recovered swiftly and my hair is growing well.
