I had a really great experience with GrowClub. From the initial consultation over the phone to the treatment itself, everything felt professional and well-organized. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the long process. The procedure was explained clearly, and I appreciated the attention to detail and care i received. Overall, I’m very happy with how everything went and would definitely recommend Paul and the team to anyone considering a hair transplant.
I had my hair transplant at the beginning of the last March, and I can honestly say this clinic is absolutely outstanding. I can’t recommend it enough. I was quite anxious at first, wasn’t sure to get what I was hoping for, but ended up getting more then what was expected, Dr Fabio is an absolute legend. Richard , and the whole team were fantastic throughout the entire process. They were professional, supportive, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish.

I couldn’t recommend growclub enough. I have had a fantastic experience from start to finish. After my first consultation with Paul I could tell I was in safe hands and that this wasn’t a clinic just trying to grab your money or rush you into booking. Paul was professional explained everything about the process and the growclub story. I was able to come and meet the Dr Tünde who would be performing my treatment for a face to face consultation which put my mind at ease even more and I knew I was making the right decision. Even after the face to face consultation there was no pressure to book ,I wanted to book in right away but Paul advised me to go home and take some time to think about it which I thought was another great touch.
I got my treatment done on 23/1/26 and on the day the team were fantastic. I can’t thank Dr Tünde and the team enough. Everyone looked after me so well and the level of care was top class from start to finish. I was so nervous in the run up to my treatment but I was nervous for nothing as I was made so comfortable on the day. I am so happy with the result so far and I can’t wait to see the end result.The aftercare has been great also and I have been in regular contact on my recovery journey. I can’t recommend Grow club enough. Thank you Dr Tünde , Richard , Paul and all of the team at growclub.
I highly recommend contacting Growclub if you have any concerns about your hair and want to regain some confidence. I underwent my procedure on 05/12/2025, and so while it is still early days I cannot thank Dr. Tünde and all the team and support staff enough.
From my initial contact through to the day of the procedure the level of care and attention was second to none, and I always felt at ease even during the surgery.
With such skill and professionalism from the entire team and various payment options available, not to mention the security of knowing they are there for aftercare if/when required, I would urge anyone to contact Growclub before considering other options or going abroad for treatment.
Update - Richard in growclub reached out and resolved the minor issues that I mentioned below. Based on this I feel it's fair to improve my initial rating to reflect my overall experience which I am delighted with.
I had my initial consultation in May 2024 with Paul and all went well. The information provided was very good and thorough, and everything was explained in detail. I decided to go with growclub for my treatment following the consultation as I didn't want to travel abroad to Turkey etc. to avoid any potential issues I might run into.
I had my transplant in July 2024, and everything was seamless from start to finish on the day. I had circa 2000 grafts as my hairline needed to be rebuilt, in particular, at the sides as my hair was receeding.
The operation on the day all went well and I left very happy following my positive experience. I was told the person managing my file would check in with me and this is usually every 3 months for progress pictures and to ensure everything is going as well as it could be.
I followed everything that was recommended in terms of after care and post procedure, such as cleaning the area and ensuring everything was looked after whilst the new hair settled in. My donor area healed up very well, circa 7 days after the op and my donor area was almost back to normal. The transplanted area took slightly longer as normal and settled down very well once the recipient area scabbed over and healed up.
Three months on i did receive a call from a woman named Ciara, to ask how everything was going and I confirmed everything was fine and had healed up well. I sent the progress pictures over as requested.
In March of this year, I emailed Paul with some pictures as I had some concerns over one of the recipient areas. This was just past my midway point of the 12 month mark, but I thought the area looked quite thin/fine in comparison to the other two areas that had progressed really well. I asked Paul if he had any ideas or advice on this, but received no reply. I emailed again a few days later as I understand people are busy, but again, received no reply. From this point on I didn't follow up again with Paul or Ciara as I was unsure if either of them were still with the business given the lack of contact.
I decided at that point I'd wait until the 12 months were up before trying to get in touch with Growclub given at that point in time (March) there was still plenty of time for the hair to grow even more and thicken up. Unfortunately, this didn't really happen on the side I was concerned with.
I emailed Growclub directly in mid September and got a prompt reply from Richard, who booked me in with Dr Eibi for the following week. I attended and mentioned my concerns about the area that looked thin, but it was advised there was little else that could be done and sometimes some areas can turn out this way due to several factors. The only real solution offered was either another transplant to try and improve density or else use hair fibers (not really the solutions that you want to hear after spending 4k approx. on a hair transplant to address those concerns).
Overall, I feel my post care experience could've been better as it seems like my case slipped through the net, so to speak. I only received one call at the three month point and from there, didn't hear anything again, even after sending a couple of emails in March. **Since this, Richard reached out and resolved all of my concerns, which is brilliant as it shows they care, thanks Richard!**
My thoughts on the outcome in general - a great thing to do for your self confidence if you are suffering from hair loss, would 100% recommend Growclub.
14 months post-op and I am super happy with the results. Had been considering a transplant for a few years and decided to finally bite the bullet in September 2024. The team at Growclub are really nice, friendly, and informative - however, apart from a check-in call the day after treatment, I haven't heard a thing from them. Thankfully (as aforementioned) I'm really happy with my result, no issues at all there, and I would/have recommended and spoken highly of the team to anyone who will listen. I'm not particularly fussed about having not received any of the quarterly check-in calls personally, however, it's part of the aftercare treatment I did not receive, hence the 4/5 stars. Other than that, 5/5! 🙂
Recently had my procedure done at Grow Club. Can't speak highly enough of the treatement from beginning to now. Had an initial consultation with Paul at a point when I was on the fence. He talked me through the process and I booked myself in a few days later. The team are absolutely fantastic, from front desk, to the surgeon, to the team of technicians. I was actually quite shocked at the efficiency and professionalism of it all. Didn't feel a thing on the day, comfortable throughout - was actually quite relaxing having it done while watching tv. They also only do 1 patient per day - which is really nice. Post-op, the team checked in on me regularly and even helped assure me with any questions I had. I'm only a few weeks out, so expecting to go through the shedding phase before I see real results , but the new hairline they gave me is absolutely perfect from what I can see. If you're on the fence, speak to Grow Club. I'm not really sure why anyone would go to Turkey when these guys are just up the road and provide fantastic aftercare. Can't recommend enough
Had my hair transplant done yesterday, I can't recommend dr tűnde and all her team enough. They were just amazing. Everyone just makes u feel so comfortable from start to finish. If your looking for great care at super value for money. Look no further than growclub. Ya won't be disappointed. 😊
