Med Point was recommended to me by the Physio Dept in Loughlinstown Hospital. I purchased a open patella knee brace at the end of March (size recommended by sales agent) when fitted on child in the shop. Physio has advised that the brace is too big, hasn't been worn and wont refund the €67 paid as its past 21 days! I've checked the website and don't see anything about return policy. Do not recommend this shop!!

This is my fourth or fifth time buying from medpoint . I have to say extremely helpful .last time I wasn't sure what knee brace to get (apoligies I cannot remember the man's name) I rang the number the man was so helpful even telling me how to measure my knee and telling me what one he thought was right for me and he was correct . I ordered two days ago and my ordered arrived today . So excellent service all together
