Med Point was recommended to me by the Physio Dept in Loughlinstown Hospital. I purchased a open patella knee brace at the end of March (size recommended by sales agent) when fitted on child in the shop. Physio has advised that the brace is too big, hasn't been worn and wont refund the €67 paid as its past 21 days! I've checked the website and don't see anything about return policy. Do not recommend this shop!!

I was recently in need of a particular medical aid. Having searched the internet I was even more confused as to which product would best suit my needs. I required advice but from where? In desperation I lifted the phone and got in touch with Medpoint in Shankhill in Dublin. At least they were local and had a phone number. Happily my troubles were at an end. Neil in Medpoint enquired about my specific situation and needs. He gave me a full and accurate account of the product he thought would suit me best. Very shortly after an over the phone purchase, (on line is also available), the item was delivered to my home and at no extra cost. I am totally delighted with both the medical aid and the terrific service I received. I would definitely recommend Medpoint as a most excellent and reliable company to anyone who is looking for good quality medical aids and or equipment.

This is my fourth or fifth time buying from medpoint . I have to say extremely helpful .last time I wasn't sure what knee brace to get (apoligies I cannot remember the man's name) I rang the number the man was so helpful even telling me how to measure my knee and telling me what one he thought was right for me and he was correct . I ordered two days ago and my ordered arrived today . So excellent service all together

In Dublin for a little getaway and had a nasty fall. Was in search of crutches to be delivered (as I could hardly walk) Neil Brown of Medpoint came through for me Life Saver! After the showroom closed he delivered the crutches to my hotel as promised. Will for ever be thankful and I highly recommend!

I placed an order for the Deramed Ball of Foot Gel strap which I needed for Dublin marathon. I left it late to order and was in a bit of a panic trying to get it before the race. When I phoned them, they were extremely helpful and ensured I had it delivered the next day. Thank you so much! Product was very good and did what I needed it to.

I couldn't praise Neill and this company enough. The speed of delivery and the personal service provided are exceptional.
