I recently had an dental work carried out at Galway Dental and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were welcoming and very accommodating.
Dr. Paul Creaven was excellent throughout — he made me feel completely at ease with his calm manner, clear communication and professionalism. The procedure was carried out very efficiently and he was both personable and reassuring throughout the appointment.
The practice itself is modern, spotless and well run. Without a doubt, the best dental practice in Galway.
I’ve been attending The Galway Dental Group clinic, for dental implants, and the care has been outstanding from start to finish. Dr Paul Creavan my dentist has been incredibly professional, skilled, and reassuring throughout the whole process, always taking the time to explain each step clearly and make me feel comfortable.
Elena the hygienist has also been fantastic — thorough, and genuinely caring. Together they make a great team, and the atmosphere in the clinic is always welcoming and calm.
I’m very grateful for the excellent treatment and attention I’ve received and would highly recommend them to anyone considering implants or general dental care.
I recently contacted Dr. Paul Creaven at the clinic while in significant pain with two wisdom teeth. He arranged to see me asap. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled efficiently and professionally — I was seen promptly, had X-rays completed straight away, and was scheduled for extraction of both wisdom teeth for the following morning.
I was extremely nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Creaven and all of the staff were so reassuring and put me completely at ease. Despite being an emergency extraction, everything was carried out with such calmness, friendliness, and care.
I’m now recovering very well with very little discomfort and I’m so grateful for the treatment I received. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Dr. Paul Creaven and the clinic highly enough.

I went to the Galway Dental Group for the first time and I highly recommend the clinic. I had Dr Paul and he was amazing. I wanted implants and he explained each stage of the treatment . I would highly recommend Galway Dental Group and Dr Paul Creavan and the lady who gave me my anaesthetic whose name I have forgotten.I was recently in there to get my wisdom teeth removed. I had only rang that day with sore wisdom teeth and I was seen the same day, I was instantly advised to get them removed which happened the following morning. I was treated with such great care by everyone in there from the moment I walked into reception, to when I was getting my Anastethic and then in surgery. I was given a free checkup 3 days later to see how my surgery was healing and everything was perfect. I will definitely be going back there again and I would recommend the practice to anyone,

Needed an emergency appointment and got one straight away with Galway Dental group. From the moment I phoned the practise they were so helpful and friendly and got me booked in straight away. Dr Paul was absolutely amazing with my daughter for an extraction. He was so gentle and patient and always got down to her level to speak directly to her and keep her reassured. He turned a negative situation into a positive experience.
I went to this clinic for the first time because I wanted to whiten my teeth, and I honestly left feeling so grateful!
This first appointment was to create my dental record before starting the treatment, and I didn’t expect them to be so thorough. The team was warm, kind, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in!
They did detailed scans and tests to personalize the whitening process, but what really touched me was that without me saying anything they asked about discomfort in one of my molars. I actually have been feeling it!!! but I didn’t think it was a big deal.
The fact that they noticed and brought it up themselves made me feel truly cared for.
I went in thinking about whitening, but they went beyond that and looked after my overall dental health 🥹
