I originally came to the clinic as an emergency patient due to severe pain, and I was seen the very next day. From the very beginning, I felt genuinely taken care of.
A full examination was carried out, including multiple scans, and after reviewing my situation, Dr Brian Delgado put together a clear and realistic treatment plan in collaboration with my dental insurance. We started addressing the most urgent issues straight away, step by step.
So far I’ve had a complex extraction, fillings, E-MAX onlay work, and X-rays completed. Everything has been explained to me properly throughout the process, and I’ve always felt informed and involved in decisions about my treatment.
What really stands out is the professionalism combined with kindness from the entire team. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, calm, and supportive, which honestly makes a huge difference when you’re dealing with dental pain.
I would also like to mention Patricia Grealish, the dental nurse who assisted during my appointments. She was incredibly warm, kind, and reassuring, and made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout every visit. Her kindness genuinely stood out to me.
I’m still in the middle of my treatment plan, with a few more appointments ahead, but so far I’m genuinely very satisfied with the care I’ve received and feel confident continuing my treatment here.
It was my first time visiting the clinic, and I felt very welcomed by the receptionist. The clinic has a nice, calming atmosphere. I saw Dr. Lauren for an adjustment to my permanent retainer and a new removable retainer. Even though I completed my Invisalign treatment with another doctor and didn’t have access to them, Dr. Lauren was incredibly helpful and welcoming ☺️
What I really appreciated about this clinic is how clear and transparent they are about pricing and billing. I was notified about the cost beforehand.
In many dental clinics I’ve visited, I often felt trapped with a high bill at the end of treatment—but that was not the case at Gate’s.
Dr. Lauren also gave me options for my removable retainer, explaining the pros and cons of both the expensive option with three pairs and the affordable single pair. I didn’t feel pressured to choose the costly one.
The permanent retainer adjustment was quick and efficient—I was seen immediately, in and out within 35 minutes. All the staff are professional and kind. I highly recommend this clinic and will definitely be returning!

Having a sudden infection at a tooth/molar, I was very happy I could be seen by a dentist same day. My story, examination and an x-ray resulted in a clear choice of possible solutions. I needed a night to think things over. The next day I was seen again by the dentist, free of charge. With painkillers and antibiotics the infection faded away.
All staff at Gate Dental, from the dentist to the reception, were very friendly and helpful.
If you are in need, I greatly recommend!

I’ve had a number of visits to Gate Dental and I’m very happy with the care I received. Dr. Delgado was extremely professional, and I’m delighted with the end result of my treatment. Stephanie, the nurse, was caring and supportive throughout—she helped me manage my anxiety and always kept me calm and reassured. Claire, the receptionist, was also fantastic and guided me through how the insurance worked, helping with any questions or issues along the way.
Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
Dr. Butros Faiud was not only incredibly professional but also kind and patient. He took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed the entire time. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being.

I’m visiting Galway from the States and recently experienced a failure of one of my veneers. It came off fairly complete, and fortunately i didn’t swallow it! Unfortunately, it was from a tooth right at the lower front and I was anxious to get it repaired in some way. My friend called her dentist and they recommended Gate Dental Clinic. I was so grateful that they agreed to see me on such short notice. I went to their offices the following day; very nice, very professional, very modern and up to date clinic with some very impressive equipment. I was seen by the assistant, Barbara and the dentist, Dr. Butros Faiud. What a great team! They were so pleasant and accommodating and immediately put me at my ease. The veneer was examined and cleanly adhered back onto my tooth. I am very pleased with the results. The fix is temporary as some of the veneer was chipped and will have to be completely replaced at home, but my smile is back and I couldn’t be happier! Since I come to Ireland annually, I’m going to make Gate Dental my dental practice abroad. I feel very comfortable under their care. Highly recommend

I’ve always been super nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr. Lauren has completely changed that for me. She makes me feel at ease every single visit with her calm and caring approach. Over the past year, she guided me through Invisalign treatment with incredible attention to detail, and the results have been amazing. She also whitened my teeth, and now I have a smile I’m truly proud of. The team at the Gate Dental Clinic were super at coordinating the appointments and they set up my regular cleanings with Blaithin. I couldn’t recommend them more!
