Outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire team are genuinely friendly, professional, and make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. There’s no cold “clinic” vibe here – it feels human, calm, and well-run.
Dr. Ricardo is on another level. I’m someone who’s genuinely afraid of dentists, and he handles that perfectly. Clear communication, calm energy, no rushing, no pressure. He explains what he’s doing, why he’s doing it, and checks in constantly. That alone removes 90% of the fear.
You can tell this place is built on standards, not shortcuts. Clean, organised, modern, and efficient. Appointments run on time, staff know what they’re doing, and nothing feels chaotic.
