Outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire team are genuinely friendly, professional, and make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. There’s no cold “clinic” vibe here – it feels human, calm, and well-run.
Dr. Ricardo is on another level. I’m someone who’s genuinely afraid of dentists, and he handles that perfectly. Clear communication, calm energy, no rushing, no pressure. He explains what he’s doing, why he’s doing it, and checks in constantly. That alone removes 90% of the fear.
You can tell this place is built on standards, not shortcuts. Clean, organised, modern, and efficient. Appointments run on time, staff know what they’re doing, and nothing feels chaotic.
If you’re anxious about dental work, this is the clinic you want. They don’t just fix teeth – they manage people, nerves, and trust. That’s the real skill.

I would highly recommend Siobhán as a very friendly and professional dentist who is nicely confident in her ability, therefore making it easier to relax knowing you are in good hands during a time where lots of people can feel very anxious.
Very good on time keeping.arrived at 928 for my 930 appointment and was seen straight away.
Really nice approach to get my teeth cleaned and polished and she made me feel at ease.
