What an amazing experience. The service provided by the Laser Eye Surgery Turkey was unbelievably exceptional. Every time I visit the clinic, everyone makes me feel so welcomed and relaxed. Any nerves I have in the run up to an appointment immediately disappears once I step into the reception area. My surgeon, Dr Ahmet, and his team were extremely professional and put me at ease. The surgery itself was over so fast and the after care has been superb. I can’t thank the clinic enough. It has been truly life changing and I couldn’t be happier.

Really fantastic experience throughout. The clinic itself is very clean and comfortable, the staff are incredibly quick to respond and are very helpful and kind - which is so important given that eye surgery and corrections can be so incredibly daunting. The surgeons and opthamologists are also very kind and reassuring, and my surgery itself was incredibly quick and comfortable. Follow up appointments were arranged with no delay and I was always seen quickly. The aftercare given was also really good and greatly helped my recovery. Couldn’t recommend them more.

The incredibly high level of customer service right from the initial phone call has been fantastic. I always felt I could contact my patient co-ordinator, and she would make time to talk through my initial concerns about having blended laser surgery. Dr Ahmet I am truly grateful to him for being so calm and laid back - it really helped me on the day of surgery and immediately afterwards. Finally, the rest of the team on the day of my surgery and the entire reception team on follow-up appointments have been super professional and approachable. Thank you!

I am delighted with the customer service and expertise of the Laser Eye Surgery Turkey and their surgery. This is the best decision I ever made! I chose them after research, to find a clinic with a proven success rate (you only have one set of eyes right!) and good after care, to give me peace of mind. I was not disappointed. Anyone considering having this done, I would highly recommend it and with them you are in good hands.
