Absolutely marvelous experience from start to finish! I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. From my first consultation right through to the end of my procedure, every single part of the treatment was handled with such care, professionalism, and attention to detail. The facility itself was spotlessly clean, modern, and very well maintained — everything felt safe and hygienic, which gave me total peace of mind. The atmosphere was warm, calm, and truly welcoming; it never felt like a cold clinical environment, but more like being looked after in a comfortable relaxing space. There is even a lovely outside seating area for your family if they wish to wait for you But what really made the whole experience outstanding was the amazing staff. Everyone, from the reception team to the nurses and the medical specialists. All were friendly, patient, and incredibly supportive. They explained every step clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout the surgery itself. Even during the procedure, they checked in regularly and kept me feeling at ease. I went in feeling a little nervous, but left feeling confident, well‑cared for, and so glad I chose them for my procedure . I wish to especially mention Doctor’s Mr and Mrs Seyman, and their excellent team who performed the procedure (especially Sammy who was truly amazing). One final very important mention is for Sue my coordinator. This young lady was professional, knowledgeable and so supportive. Sue also spoke perfect English which is so important when you are looking at a treatment like this. I can’t thank Sue enough for her fantastic service, going above and beyond at all times . If you’re considering a hair transplant, look no further — this is a team that truly cares about their patients and delivers excellent results. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience! If I could give 50 stars I would.

2 jaar geleden een haartransplantatie hier gehad, alles was goed verzorgd en werd bij het hotel opgehaald en weer terug gebracht. De volgende dag kwam er een dame naar het hotel om mn haar te wassen voor de eerste keer zoals afgesproken. Na een jaar bleek het dat mn haar erg dun was en dat het nog een keer zou moeten gebeuren. Ik wist dat dit zou kunnen gebeuren en daarom ook afgesproken dat als het voor de 2de keer zou moeten dat het me €300,- zou gaan kosten. Nu bijna 2 jaar later moet ik €500,- betalen want alle prijzen zijn omhoog gegaan. Oke dit kan maar dan moet je geen prijsafspraken maken in mijn ogen. Een week voor ik de 2de haartransplantatie zou laten doen vroeg ik hoelaat ik opgehaald zou worden, dit voor mijn eigen planning. Ik kreeg een adres doorgestuurd via de app en moest maar zorgen dat ik naar de kliniek toe kwam. Mijn vertrouwen in deze kliniek is tot een dieptepunt gedaald dus laat mijn haartransplantatie wel afmaken door mensen die wel geld willen verdienen en die me een goed gevoel erbij geven.
