Absolutely marvelous experience from start to finish! I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. From my first consultation right through to the end of my procedure, every single part of the treatment was handled with such care, professionalism, and attention to detail. The facility itself was spotlessly clean, modern, and very well maintained — everything felt safe and hygienic, which gave me total peace of mind. The atmosphere was warm, calm, and truly welcoming; it never felt like a cold clinical environment, but more like being looked after in a comfortable relaxing space. There is even a lovely outside seating area for your family if they wish to wait for you But what really made the whole experience outstanding was the amazing staff. Everyone, from the reception team to the nurses and the medical specialists. All were friendly, patient, and incredibly supportive. They explained every step clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout the surgery itself. Even during the procedure, they checked in regularly and kept me feeling at ease. I went in feeling a little nervous, but left feeling confident, well‑cared for, and so glad I chose them for my procedure . I wish to especially mention Doctor’s Mr and Mrs Seyman, and their excellent team who performed the procedure (especially Sammy who was truly amazing). One final very important mention is for Sue my coordinator. This young lady was professional, knowledgeable and so supportive. Sue also spoke perfect English which is so important when you are looking at a treatment like this. I can’t thank Sue enough for her fantastic service, going above and beyond at all times . If you’re considering a hair transplant, look no further — this is a team that truly cares about their patients and delivers excellent results. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!
