The entire staff could not have been more caring or efficient. I was always kept updated and informed. There was never a language issue. I only speak English. All of our transportation was flawlessly arranged. I don’t believe we have ever had better medical care. I can’t thank the staff enough for their care and communication regarding my health issues. The physician in charge, Dr. Ali was wonderful. He actually walked us down to the lower floor for my x-rays. Other staff members who were amazing were Albert (the Office Manager & Mar, the Nurse. I felt totally pampered and cared for. Thank you, Budacare Medical.

Highly recommend this professional, caring clinic. They not just correctly diagnosed my daughter's condition, but also gave her a safe, quiet space to sleep whilst we arranged next steps for her care. The staff made her feel so cared for which really helped during a very stressful time. They have also arranged both not fit to fly and fit to fly certificates for us. They are superb and my family couldn't be more thankful for their support. If you have medical needs in Budapest I'd highly recommend this team.

BudaCare exceeded any expectation I had in the face of my suddenly needing medical attention in Budapest, being a tourist in transit. Not only did I find myself in the best professional hands in the persons of Dr. Ali and his very caring assisting nurse, not only was the treatment effective in a very efficient and hygienic environment, not only was the organization of the logistics (prompt pick up from and return to hotel twice) exemplary, as was the execution of the administration of the payment, but I was able to continue my road trip to Sarajewo with my wife after only one day of the exact right medical intervention at BudaCare. What is there left to say? Thank you, Dr. Ali and the entire team at BudaCare. We continued our road trip for another 3‘000km as if I had never fallen ill. What a lovely way to remember Budapest! We will be returning, but hopefully not to BudaCare!.

As a retired physician, I felt very confident in the doctor. He was very well trained did a competent exam and was extremely communicative. Obviously come in a foreign country. There’s a lot of fear with seeing a new doctor. But as soon as you walked into the room and spoke to us. We felt very confident. I recommend this clinic highly. Dr. Ali was the one that I saw

I never respond to requests for feedback--but I was very impressed by Budacare, so I wanted to let you know. the staff was responsive, kind, and professional, and thorough. I am a US citizen and expected poorer service than I receive in the US; but the service was better than I receive at home. Thank you all for the excellent service!

Just sharing this here in case it helps someone in a similar situation. 👍 If anyone ever finds themselves in an unexpected medical situation in Budapest, I can recommend BudaCare. The team was very professional, efficient, and welcoming. Dr. Ali Krishan took the time to really listen, did a thorough examination, and explained everything clearly in ENGLISH & ARABIC 🙏🏻. I never felt rushed, and he made sure I understood both the diagnosis and the treatment plan. Thank you Again Dr Ali!
