The entire staff could not have been more caring or efficient. I was always kept updated and informed. There was never a language issue. I only speak English. All of our transportation was flawlessly arranged. I don’t believe we have ever had better medical care. I can’t thank the staff enough for their care and communication regarding my health issues. The physician in charge, Dr. Ali was wonderful. He actually walked us down to the lower floor for my x-rays. Other staff members who were amazing were Albert (the Office Manager & Mar, the Nurse. Highly recommend this professional, caring clinic. They not just correctly diagnosed my daughter's condition, but also gave her a safe, quiet space to sleep whilst we arranged next steps for her care. The staff made her feel so cared for which really helped during a very stressful time. They have also arranged both not fit to fly and fit to fly certificates for us. They are superb and my family couldn't be more thankful for their support. If you have medical needs in Budapest I'd highly recommend this team.
